In the two losses to SF that team is not miles ahead of Dallas . Having said that two bus drivers got the best Dallas in these two Games . Not like Mahomes or Burrow was slinging it around .

We are set to have one of our top 2 playmakers leave. Yes, we could use offensive weapons
We have lamb and some guys at WR

Offensively they are.
So does Dallas
We’re not in the same league as the legit contenders…they’re Os are so much better set up for a playoff run than ours.

Of course we are. If we would have had a little above average game vs the Skins we would have been the #1 offense in football. I was always a Dak supporter but Dak has been way to inconsistent this year. He has made some terribly dumb interceptions throughout the year. Dak is the main progress stopper on O.

I believe we should focus this off season on trying to get our D to the elite dominant level. Trade for Jalen Ramsey, draft or trade for, or pick up in free agency a couple BIG D tackles( Joseph + Suh possibly), pickup a STUD DE!

With a dominant D we can take pressure off Dak. He needs to be a conservative Bus Driver. No 5 receiver sets!

This D is not far from being DOMINANT, we just need a few STRONG pieces!!

Got no issues with anyone who says they’d rather put assets into the defense but you lose any credibility to me when you say we have as many weapons as the 49ers

We’re not. Look at the teams left standing in the playoffs. Our #2 WR likely wouldn’t even play for those teams.

We had the top scoring offense in the NFL over the last 12 games of the season. We just have a QB that is way to inconsistent. You never know which Dak will show up! He played great vs a pretty good TB defense that plays zone, but then played terrible vs a really good SF defense that plays zone.
Just because Dak didn’t see the open receivers, there were guys open!! Also instead of running Zek exclusively after Pollard went down, we should have given Davis his chance. He is way faster and quicker AND and an excellent receiver.

We have weapons Moore and Dak did not use them effectively vs the friggin Whiners!!!!
So pollard getting injured had no bearing?

havent fans here been saying it all year long?

We could have Randy Moss and Desean Jackson in their prime as our wide receivers and Dak would not hit them. There were 2 touchdowns alone in the 49ers game that were missed. The deep shot to Lamb that he caught anyway..Then the Gallup pass late in the game..Both would have gone to the house.
Lol…..yah right. Lol

The QB may be inconsistent, but he’s the main reason we had the top scoring offense over the last 12 games. As soon as Dak returned from injury, our offense that wasn’t generating many points became the most prolific scoring offense in the league.

McCaffery, Deebo, Elijah, Aiyuk, Jennings, Kittle

Lamb, Gallup, Brown, Hilton, Schultz, Zeke, Pollard

The 49ers have more weapons than the Cowboys. This became even more apparent when Pollard went down. That said, Dak's two picks were inexcusable, not to mention the poor deep balls that were missed. You never know which Dak is going to show up week to week.

It's not one or the other, it was both. Gallup hasn't looked the same since his return, Hilton is close to retiring, and Noah Brown? Come on. Go look at the Eagles and you'll find a similar comparison. Change is definitely coming this offseason. Improvements? We'll see.

Really ? 49ers have the last pick in the draft at QB and other then Deebo who jumps out on tape at WR ? The running game with Pollard pre injury obviously and an OL that had health in the game . They had Kittle Dallas throws to Schultz .

I was disappointed Ferguson and Malik Davis got zero chances . Dallas has weapons need to stop slinging it around on 2nd & 2 and grind down the opposition move chains . Not a fan of keeping this offfense

We had enough running open last week. We just didn't have the quarterback who could deliver.
There's a reason why Brady can win with average receivers. If they have a step and can catch, any accurate quarterback can elevate an average receiver.

This brings us back to the original point:

Even if we supposedly didn’t have weapons, which is a joke, we’ve had weapons plenty of times training this mediocre QB and wasting the SB window we had.

I said we would end up doing full circle once again, having to rebuild this roster once again when “training” the Jason Garrett experiment of QBs, Dak fails to deliver with this loaded roster and we’d need to retool and then his fanboys would blame the roster once again.

When Dez was here, his fanboys were saying it’s over for the league, as the curse was no longer here and Dak didn’t have a WR constantly yelling in his ear to throw him the ball, so Dak’s “ability” to spread the ball around and hit the Wide open receiver would play out.

Of course that failed, then they started blaming Coke Beasley, who the Dak fanboys said Dak had a special connection with and that tandem would carry the boys, when that didn’t work out.

Just last year in the off-season, his fanboys said it was over as Dak has all the weapons and they were laughing at the Eagles yo start the season. Now Hurts, who is average, is running circles around our 7th year QB.

And so on…
