You must not be paying much attention to the tiebreakers. We could miss the playoffs at 11 and 5 dude. It is a real possibility.

This is one of the odd years where 11-5 might not get your in similar to the 2008 Pats.

Mark it down. 9-3 will be here Friday. Dallas' clock control, grind it out, approach is way too tough for Philly to handle.

Because we've won every road game? K

Some people just throw this stuff out there every week until, eventually, they are right. Then they come in pounding their chests saying "see, I told you so". It really does get old. I don't expect the Cowboys to win the Super Bowl this year. In fact, I'd be very surprised if the get to the NFC Championship game. The defense is just not of championship caliber, IMO. Having said that, I consider this season a success, already. I've seen enough to know that if we add the right pieces in the offseason, that this team will be a legit contender next year.

The Eagles have only "won" 1 game this season against a team with a winning record and that was the Colts prime time game that was gifted to them by the refs. If you remember Trent Dilfer and Steve Young were very upset over the refs stealing that game from the colts.

Now philly is a dangerous team no doubt.
But they have not proven anything yet in big games this season.

If Dallas loses to Philly on Thanksgiving day, then we are all but done in the NFC East division race. We would lose the tiebreaker with Philly, the next game with Philly is in their place and we would also drop to 2 and 2 in division games. The odds are that we would have to beat Philly in the rematch, AND win out to ensure we got in.

No.

If anything game #2 vs eagles is the must win game.

Dallas does not have to sweep the Eagles to win the NFCE. Philly closes the season with 3 straight NFCE games and would not be surprised if they lose to the Giants or Commanders. Consider this. The Eagles will play Seattle sandwiched between 2 games against Dallas before traveling to NY. That will be some seriously physical football. Remember earlier in the year about teams losing the week after playing Dallas? Now imagine teams playing Dallas twice in 3 weeks and playing Seattle? Philly will be beat up the last couple of weeks.

If we are for real .... then we should win this game. But we need to stick with the run and not get too cute!!

Dallas ran the ball vs NY but damn if a team stacks the line then you are a fool not to attack them in the passing game. You have one of the best in Dez and sure handed TE in Witten. yes run the ball but if a team wants to load the box then you must make them pay with the passing game

Correct. They have to sweep the Eagles to win the division.

This is only true if Philly wins all of their remaining games..............we can split with Philly and have Philly lose to Settle and we still win the division.

I find it very unlikely that both Dallas and Philly will go 4-1 down the stretch with their only loss being to each other............................both teams are not going to be 12-4

We are done with having a easy route to winning this division. Fans want to feel comfortable. A loss would bring a uneasy feeling. The division is by no means over with though.

When did the Sanchez led Eagles turn into a juggernaut that is going to run the table?

They have exactly 1 win against a team above 500..............sorry, but blowing out the Panthers, Jags, and Titans does not really impress me that much

That is what I was thinking but you beat to the punch. Philly has a tough schedule. I say we take the game in Philly. It is going to be a fun the next 5 weeks.
