If your a homer then you should care more about the team than the player. And having a rose outlook doesn’t mean you don’t give up. nothing wrong with being accurate and realistic. For me I enjoy posters that get things right. Show they understand the game. make me see things in a different way.

Can't help myself....I'm just optimistic and I don't get discouraged because I understand how hard it is to win....I will say this, it's fun trying and not giving up! Salud, homers and haters! We're all fans...Go Dak and Jerry! Lol!

I'm a Cowboys fans, I feel that the much hated Jerry and son have done a good job this offseason...I'm looking forward to the draft and bringing on another stud. I'm sure this thread will be moved or deleted..but, it's a slow time!

Not all Homers are optimistic. But we can be hopeful while being apathetic and critical.

I see it like a problem family member of sorts . You’re always hoping things will get better or might change but with recent history and how you run things have lowered expectations.

My definition of homer is a fan that chooses to ignore the warts and strictly argues for optimism and positive thinking regardless of how it really looks.

This entire homer v hater has been overplayed into the ground and represents a small minority of the members here and I would not say that haters are all fans.

I will root for my team but I will also acknowledge the warts that are there on any player and the team as a whole.

I am like the parent that realizes my child is not the best or brightest but he/she is still my child and I will love it unconditionally.

Basically I think most of us here are all Homers . My definition of a Homer is anyone who continues rooting on and cheering for your team despite how much they struggle or suk.

We just aren’t all Blind Homers or optimistic. Some are more critical of different aspects . I’ve always said you don’t have to support all of the moving pieces to support the sum .

Do you know what most of the fandom would think about the time grown adult people spend here doing what we do and getting timeouts because we can't keep from acting like children and arguing over a 40M a year QB.

The most telling truth is that while this 27 years of futility and frustration for some fans has been going on, this team has led the sports world in profits, coverage and value. How in the hell do the fans hold management accountable? It suspends logical thinking.

I've been accused of lowering my expectations and have laughed every time. I look at what I've seen and what I see, look at the talent but most of all look at the culture and project what I think the team will do, not what I want it to do.

entitlement? U sure its that or the fact greatness must be earned and cultivated? Thats all I am saying. That being said, its not asking much to want answers, so that we can win Big again. Thats called accountability in action. We the fans are complicit otherwise, if we are silent like sheep. The team talks the talk every year, the last 27 years and have failed 2 walk that walk. I'm simply calling this fact out. I wont be silent.
