He suffered enough on the sidelines at the end of the game. He had a huge slice of humble pie today. Hopefully he has the game of his life next week against Philly and we win.:D

Man, I still want to believe in Roy. But, he's making it very difficult.

Unfortunately, that won't happen. What I think WILL happen is that if Roy doesn't pick up his game next year, Ogletree will start stealing his reps. At that point Roy isn't just fighting for a job, he''s fighting for his career. If he blunders next season he can look forward to a life of vet minimum contracts. Hopefully that lights a fire under his ***. I'm not betting that it will, but I'm hoping that it will.

Unfortunately, with a guy Williams age, change is unlikely.

I did feel a slight bit sympathetic when I saw him on the sidelines. Dude looked like a broken man and at one point Troy and Buck were slamming the ever-loving piss out of him.

Seriously looked like a guy who just realized what everyone has been saying.

I'm not be done with bashing him but seeing him look as though he realized he has work to do sure makes me like him a little more, even if it is only a little.

I'm no longer worried about Roy Williams to me it's just $49 million of someone elses money wasted, thank goodness it's not mine!

I just didn't like how he was always so cocky even while playing like trash. Last week he started to realize he was playing garbage and he needed to stop running his mouth, and seeing him on the sidelines today was enough. Now hopefully the playoffs are a clean slate for him and he goes off on Philly. The first pass that comes his way he better act like its the first pass he ever had thrown to him in his life.

I like Roy a lot. He's a Texas kid who has a nice enough attitude and "wants" to be here. I just don't like his production. Truthfully, I don't think it's from a lack of trying. I really just don't think he's a good mix with Romo. Roy made a living in Detroit going up for bad, jump-ball type catches. Think about it -- his highlights aren't necessarily plays where his precise route leaves a DB in the dust. It's him jumping through the gym and making a great catch. Romo just don't make those kind of throws. He's a precision passer who isn't going to just take a chance and let Roy 'go make a play.'

That's my two cents at least.

Either way, hopefully he makes a key play for us at some point. I don't dislike him at all, contract and all.

...it's good that the entire locker room won't go down because he is slowly but surely being extricated from the offense...i thought this could happen...i did'nt wish it to but Roy is not putting up much of a fight...his elevated opinion of himself and his hands is beginning to crack...next year he'll have to do something about it or else...

I've said before on here that one of the main problems with this offense has been RW11's drive killing drops. Now that his targets are down, the offense looks much smoother.

I do feel bad for the guy but...

I want the team to win more than I care about his feelings or his contract.

Actually he did make a nice play against the Skins when Romo threw the perfect pass into coverage. Roy made a very nice catch in the corner of the end zone. We just need to see more of that type of thing.

He brought it all on himself. I wonder if his teammates like him? I never see him talking to anyone.

people show you who they are every day, at some point you have to believe them. Roy has made a believer out of me :(

Yeah, I'm done as well. I will be interested to see how he responds this offseason. If he doesn't get it together I think they'll bite the bullet and get rid of him when there is no cap hit.
