RG3 and Kaepernick may have more atheltic abilities but neither takes the game as seriously or prepares as much as Dak. Dak will simply not let himself fail and thats the difference.

We will learn a lot with the sophomore season if Dak puts in the work and his mechanics improve. That's where I think the comparison comes from.

It wouldn't surprise me either way.

Will he be a good QB? Hopefully.

Kap had as good if not better team when he started his career. There was a reason why he was able to go to 3 NFCC and 1 SB his first three years as the starter.

Bended knee and Glassman are both prima donna head cases. Glassman can't stay healthy and bended knee is a horrible passer. Neither seem to be quality field generals.

Dak can pass and run. He is humble and a great field general.

They depended on their legs much more. Dak actually goes through progressions. He plays like neither.

He could regress, I dont think he will but it is possible, and 1 reason why they should keep tony another year.

If Prescott was a running QB I'd say that was a possibility. He's not though so I'd expect him to develop like a pocket passer.

Now, a lot of times rookie QB's regress in their 2nd year, so I wouldn't be surprised if that happens.
