Well, granted, I don't know boozeman personally... and I can't speak for him.... but in reading this thread, I took from it he isn't anti-legalization of marijuana.
The thing is most people dont realize is that if you use herb therapueticly, daily, you become accustom to it and can function very alertly! Its the recreational or occasional use while drunk that can be overwhelming for many.lol. Especially when your driving!!
BS! I smoke weed and am a master breeder/grower here in CA for many thankful adult patients who enjoy a much higher quality of life and at times get tremendous healing benefits even from cancer from therapuetic cannabis.
Ive smoked since 16, I live a healthy life (thats me in the blue hat in my profile pic playing ball at 40 years old with Ron Artest)
I have no speeding tickets in my adult life and zero criminal records, no duis or assaults.
I have been happily married for 14 years, have great wife and 3 beautiful children and Ive never, ever considered hitting any of them!
This ignorant gateway bs is for hypocrytical idiots who have no real education on the subject.
Every night when Id leave Venice after playing ball there would be some drunk punks fighting!
Me and my buddies passed the legal joint around while shooting ball on the beach doing pull ups in the sand at sunset and offering free health food and coaching to innercity youth on the weekends.
People do what they do, some cant handle smoke or booze or pain medications or even food, I can, and so can many other reponsible adults! And its none of yours or roger godells fooking bussiness imo!
I live in Tahoe now, right by the nevada border where gambling and prostitution are legal so give me a dam break when former head of the dea John Ashcroft stated after years of government studies that "Cannabis is one of the safest therapuetic substances on earth"
Maintain a budget??? you pulled that phrase out of nowhere! You're not making any sense, in case you wondered.
Between discussing propaganda rocks and budget maintenance, I've come to the conclusion that neither of you will listen to anything reasonable. Goodnight.
You lie.
They get high. Then get drunk, then beat the girlfriend.
Gateway.
Weed is dangerous. And for the sake of all the players, the commish should ban anything that endangers their health...besides football, that is.
whatever, this is the best chance to get gregory on the field.
Yeah, that's the important issue here.
Thousands of people are in jail over weed - non violent criminals dispraportionately sentenced (white folks get off). But yeah, Randy Gregory, that's the real issue.
lol if it does not involve gregory, would this topic get a nanosecond on this board?
You can't throw that out here and not give the results bro. What did they say?
Well, some of us have brains and are concerned with issues that go beyond Gregory. Thank you for identifying yourself as not one of those people
Ok, understanding HEPA laws I have read that he has anxiety issues before stemming from his childhood. I also understand a person working with the case cannot report private medical findings. So if you're just standing up and raising your hand to say I know something but can't say anything... why? Just keep it all to yourself, then you won't get follow up questions.Im not interested in his actual issue what I wanted to know is DID they find anything. Get the stick out your behind I'm not that interested in the case just hoping they've explored more ways to help him as opposed to just kicking him to the curb. Which it seems Goodall is going to do.Yes, I can. His situation is unique, complicated, and private.
If I had the detailed medical records, I would not be able to share them.
Rest assured, the Cowboys have explored every angle in evaluation and treatment of this asset.

Should I thank you for the correct spelling now? I asked if they found anything he said they're evaluating and assessing that's not yes and that's not no. As I said it's been stated before they believe he had anxiety disorder or something as a kid or somewhere around there. I didn't ask for a breakdown of his condition it was did they find anything. If he is working on the case he can't speak on it if not a simple yes or no isn't violating any HEPA, HIPPA, HIPPAPOTAMUS, or any other laws. So no the question was referenced and eluded to not answered. Glad you two have such a great relationship you have to speak for him. It's HIPAA and if he shares that info he'd be breaking HIPAA. Him standing up and and saying anything was from answering a question. You say your not interested, yet asked if they found anything? He also answered your question. See the very last sentence at the bottom? He's telling you what you want to know, but you're just not seeing it.
Hey Doc! Always a pleasure when you post! Thanks for the insight.
but it can punish you as your boss, and I agree that it should as long as it is illegal.[/QUOTE]Is the role of my employer law enforcement? Is the role of most of them? Yet they have drug policies in place. We can be tested and if we test positive, we can be fired. I don't see anything different here.
If you take part in a legal activity, then your employer has the right to take action on that activity. Right now, smoking marijuana is an illegal activity on the federal level. The NFL is not law enforcement because it cannot put you in jail for that activity, but it can punish you as your boss, and I agree that it should as long as it is illegal.
Amen!!you are welcome. some of us come here to have fun, not act all morally superior.
Will it matter? Mara and his puppet the commish and a lot of owners think Weed is dangerous.
