So sorry to hear this. It's very sad. I had hoped he'd fight through it. God Bless the man and may he rest in peace. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends at this very difficult time.

I know they had one in waiting because, even if things had went well, there was just a long road to complete recovery and no way Johnson could have put in the hours required. I'm sure it was a tough situation for everybody involved.
