After a few weeks of McFadden and Randle, we might be begging for him.Who is next, Ray Rice?

It is not happening, but if someone is going turn up their nose on him, that is just insane.
He could probably replace Leary or Free, right now, sight unseen.
We are becoming a team of misfit toys. He is not even the train with square wheels if innocent.

i don't think we need this on this team - even if he is clean
This will be one of those moves the Cowboys don't even consider and I'll never understand why.

I suspect GM's did him a solid by not drafting him.
He can go to the highest bidder if he is in fact totally cleared with all questions answered in the next few weeks.
He isn't going to sign a minimum contract.
FWIW
Florida does not have a state income tax
Hhm. When I google state income tax, it lists seven states that don't have income taxes and lists Florida as one of them.
That would be correct, but your previous statement that they did have a state income tax would be incorrect.
Would fully guarantee the entire amount of his deal especially since its less than 700K. He's a day 1 starter and upgrade over Leary who's on the last yr of his deal. Leary could probably garner a decent pick if they decided to part ways
“I have not one iota of information, but if he’s exonerated, it’s one of the strangest things I’ve ever seen,” Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said, “with that happening, with the timing it happened and the way it was so difficult because of the timing to really put some meat on the bones to clear him up.”
“This situation has never come up,” Jones said. “I don’t know if we’ll analyze this thing and say, ‘Now we have to have a hardship deal for a situation like this.’”
IRVING – The Dallas Cowboys were interested in drafting LSU offensive tackle La’el Collins. He was projected to be a first round pick. But like every other NFL team, the Cowboys decided it wasn’t worth the risk.
