Hell no... that dude is a freaking head case.

I'm sorry ... I'm with you ... the guy is good ... but we have too many issues. We are not a stable enough franchise to take on a head case like that. The guy is a phenomenal talent, but we have too much instability on defense.

That would be the worst reason not to take him.

Yeah I hate this whole stupid "RKG" mold and I think its overrated. I don't think Garrett has a "right kind of guy" type of approach. Is Henry Melton considered a "RKG"? That being said, I like the players they have drafted over these past 3 years. I like that they have gone for the Demarco types, the Dez types, the Sean Lee types. But if the whole thing is "we need choir boys"....they can throw that out. If Suh can be had for a 2nd or 3rd rounder you have to look at it. You HAVE to. You simply can't get any better value in the draft than Suh. When you start talking 1st rounders...that's too big of a gamble. And it is a gamble. But its only a gamble worth risking if its a 2nd or later round pick.

Agreed. Wouldn't give a 7 for him. Can't afford him. His numbers are declining and it is just a matter of time before he is out of the league or in jail.

With his contract, any draft pick is too much to give, THEN you have a headcase with baggage to deal with

If we could in any way possibly make this happen and afford him then hell yes I'd want him.

The dirty stuff is whatever. I really wonder how some of the fans today would have been able to handle watching a ton of the players from the 60 and 70s, and even the 80's play. You think Suh is dirty you'd be wanting to file criminal charges against those guys.

Hell even Erik Williams who so many people here loved was so loved because he was mean, nasty, and yes he'd damn sure play dirty.

It's a different game now. Much different. Players are getting fined more than those old time players made a year AND they are getting suspended.

Not sure we need him esp after the draft. I've evolved to wanting a 3 tech and an edge rusher DE. Who is our Sam? Can Carter play Will? Do we have a 4th CB and can we depend on Carr and Claiborne? Who's the FS as I see Church as a SS? So we need to address all these questions IMO and not spend resources on a player like Suh.
