I don't care what you said in previous posts. It obviously wasn't all that enlightening which is probably why I never notice your posts.

If you take the time to quote one of my posts, I'm going to respond.

You also think that Matt Johnson has the talent to play in the NFL. How on earth you think you know that is beyond anything sane. He has never played a down of meaningful football. He has barely played a down of preseason football and there are people here who proclaim that its just his health holding him back.

You have no idea if he could be a good player in this league if he could stay healthy. You just listen to Jerry tell you something and go with it.

I never said I knew that he was a good player or if he could play. I just said he isn't going to stay healthy so it's time to move on. I have no opinion one way or another as to whether he would or wouldn't have had the talent to play in the NFL because I never saw him get to actually play due to his body not working for him.

But, again, nice try on attempting to think that you know what I believe or don't believe. I applaud your effort but it falls flat like your cute attempt to save face by saying you never notice my posts. I couldn't care less if you do or don't. I noticed these from you and they're the first of your 360 that I can recall noticing. I might have before, I don't know, there are only about 10 posters on this forum that I notice their names and read their posts regularly.

I imagine that's pretty much normal and standard for all the posters here so your really fun and cute attempt to hurt my feelings by saying you don't notice my posts was hilarious.

MLB keeps players around much longer we have Johnson.

The Cowboys should have found a way to keep Waters and Christensen around longer.

Matt's metrics and college interceptions are worth riding out the storm.

I don't want to take away from the Risen bashing because I am all for it, but have we heard anything more than a hamstring injury for Johnson? Have they said he's done for the year or even camp for that matter? I haven't heard anything other than he left with an injury.

You should troll somewhere else. You obviously are looking to stir up the subject.

I haven't read through all the posts yet. I'm sure there are those for and against keeping him, as usual. and rightfully so.
I'll wait and see what the reports are, and how long he stays out. But this should be his last chance, after 3 years, if they can find someone to replace him, as to even compete for a spot. then time to move on.
They have parted ways with better players that did contribute, in less time then they are giving him.

However, at this point in TC, if he will be out a few weeks or so, then move on. But if it's a week or so, and their is no one out there that would be any better, then wait those few weeks.
There are a few players worth looking at to replace him already on the roster.

I'm glad you have amusement at my assessment but I was just being honest. I really don't notice your posts. So you and your 10 regular posters can have at it, boss. Who really cares.

I really couldn't care less about what your opinion is about Matt Johnson either. You seem to want to defend him yet you think he should be gone. Whatever dude. You called me out and I responded. Let's just leave it at that.

And others are not? I am merely responding to people about the subject of Matt Johnson. This is still a football forum right?

It's all good with me. You just seemed mad because the guy got to make a living off the talent people thought he might have. That's not his fault, or his problem, and nothing to be mad about. That's why I mentioned it.

I only continued because you seemed to think you knew something about what I thought, or believed, yet you were so far off it was comical. That's all. It's good with me either way because I don't care one way or another rather Matt Johnson is on the Dallas Cowboys or not. It has zero effect on my life or my being a fan of the Dallas Cowboys.

Broaddus insinuated he'd be fine on twitter

@BryanBroaddus: “@KJHWK: @BryanBroaddus any word on Johnson and McClain???” McClain ankle and should be fine.

Hey, all. A bit of rough housing on this topic as there always is, but let's all remember that it's all internet opinions at the end of the day. We're all friends here, more or less. Or else we fake it convincingly when we have to. Right?

Why do we need to bash Risen? I don't always agree with his opinions and thoughts, as seen here, but he's not some terrible posters whose an idiot or something. I personally like him, and his take on things, even if I don't agree with it.

That sounds almost like he's referring to McClain only in that tweet.

Depends... he could have also just meant McClain will be fine

And, like I said, him making a good living playing football has nothing to do with any of this. That's why I never mentioned it. Maybe somebody else did, but I didn't. I hope the man does well in whatever he decides to do. There are way more players that don't pan out in the NFL than those that do. I've just never seen any get the chances that this particular player has, and I believe it's time to move on.

You have a good day, nonetheless.

He specifically was asked about both and specifically mentioned McClain. So inferring he was addressing Johnson in the second half isn't a stretch, unless he has a habit of only half answering questions.

It's all good man. I agree that it's time to move on. His body isn't going to hold up. That's unfortunate for him but that's how it goes sometimes.

I'd feel the same way if they cut Lee too. I love Lee, and he's proven on the field he can play without a doubt, but if they cut him cause he can't stay healthy I wouldn't blame them. He hasn't been able to and likely he never will be able to. It's also unfortunate for him as well.
