I'm in the camp that if an accuser gives two sworn statements to law enforcement that completely contradict each other - and a DA drops all charges immediately - the accused should be considered innocent.

By going on the exempt list, Hardy still will be paid his weekly portions of a $13.1 million salary as team's franchise tag. Had the league suspended him without pay, he would have forfeited salary.

If their organization conducts their own investigation consistent with their rights under their CBA, then yes.

We have no idea how he would have performed in that period. If it was like he did in Dallas, he most certainly would not have earned that paycheck. So don't pretend like his future was set.

All I know is that Garrett had about a lukewarm endorsement of player as it gets it his presser, literally had to pause for a second to come up with something good to say about him and Stephen Jones said that his production on the field was not good enough.

Highly unlikely Hardy is going to be asked back.

I dont know about any of you who listened but it sounded like mincey was backtracking a lot and his comments and explanations didnt make much sense. i think the only thing that made sense was he said the him or me comment was basically due to he wants to play and with both of them on the team they will have their snaps cut in half. also said that he didnt mean the tension in the locker room was on hardy but when they started losing it just got worse and worse in general and that wasnt on hardy. he said some other stuff about his hardy comments but to me it really didnt make sense. he kind of ended with hardy is my boy and i wouldnt say bad stuff about him, he was like i texted him and said hey if you hear stuff in the media come out just know its being manipulated by the media.
