Absolutely. Just be glad her shorts were a little longer than the cheerleaders. People around me were saying she looks good for 77. I was thinking, "What mannequin wouldn't?"

Hey guys,
I usually hang around the fan zone most of the time.
Because of CCs passing , I came over here and read several pages.
I see that there are a lot of old timers here.
I lurkered but rarely posted over at the DMN site back in the late 90s.
I followed every one over here.
I still rarely posted until hostile encouraged too.
I retired a couple of years ago now I am on here a lot.
I saw mentioned that we lost another mod besides coach couch?
Who was that?
I also have not seen Ranched post in awhile, does anybody know if she is OK?

A former mod, Trickblue passed a while back. There's a stickied thread in this forum, if you want to read up on him. As for Ranched, I have no idea what happened to her.

Edit: I just looked up her name in the "members" feature, at the top of the page here, and her name isn't listed. Either she changed her handle or she's no longer here.

A former mod, Trickblue passed a while back. There's a stickied thread in this forum, if you want to read up on him. As for Ranched, I have no idea what happened to her.

I knew about trickblue, did not know he was a former mod.
Glad they did the tribute to him before he passed.
He added a lot to this forum.
I thought they were going to do other tribute threads?
We should let people know how much they mean to us before they pass.

CC? No, he used to work in radio, nothing to do with sports.

Thanks, I must be getting him mixed up with another poster on the DMN site.
He claimed to have a part time scouting coaching job with the Raiders grading their special team films.
Of course some of the other posters doubted his claim and ran him off.
That was typical behavior on that site.
I remember Mike grainy, Mr Bill

Those were wild times indeed

Greatest poster I've ever seen, and possibly the funniest person I've ever known. That avatar he had (the cat that's now sitting on the hood my avatar) was the same one he used while I knew him on the old site, so he's easy to recognize.

Not Otis, but a fan, as in a household fan, the appliance? When I think of it that way (I thought he meant a Cowboys fan) I still don't remember it, but I can see CC using it.
