Morning, Pops, ABQ, Jobb, etal. I played golf yesterday in near 100 degree heat but, fortunately, we had a bit of breeze that helped us out. Enjoy your day, everyone!
 
Morning Pops. Morning Fellas and any who might stop in, just to read a post or two. Leon, I feel your pain. Was pretty warm here yesterday as well and I had to fix one of the Swamp Coolers. Was not horrible because it only really took maybe an hour but it was hot, on question. Can't imagine trying to play a full 18 in that. You are a better man then me my friend!

Morning, Pops. Morning, folks. TGIF! I'm taking the family to Dublin, TX today about an hour away. It's the home of the Dr. Pepper museum and the original D.P bottling plant. They are now back in business bottling a new variety of soft drinks. Their root beer is very good. Have a great day, everyone.

Good morning, Cbz40 and all fellow Zoners. The birthday is over and more fun is in store. My brother turns 65 in a couple of weeks and we are going to visit him in Vancouver. I'm going to mow the lawn today and not much else. My stamina is not so good. Enjoy your day, all of you.:D

Phil, Happy belated Birthday! I hope it was a great one for ya.

Well, worked all weekend getting my condo ready to be livable. Replaced the flooring, the carpets, tiled the bathrooms and hallway, painted, re-plumed it, new toilets, new kitchen sink and appliances, new water heater and rebuilt the Swamp Cooler. Of course, not all this weekend but pretty much finished this weekend. Need to go back and do a little touchup paint and seal the baseboards but other then that, I'm done.

Last renters really trashed the place to the point where I had to redo the dry wall. Been sitting for about 2 years empty but now it's good to go. I am beyond excited about this!

Morning Pops. Morning Fellas. Jobs, Leon, Phil and I see Yeags stopped in yesterday! Sweet! Morning to all of you guys.

Jobs, 4th in the Islands is a pretty nice deal, as I recall. The show is pretty cool at Ala Moana but I kinda like the North Shore better. At lease, it used to be IMO. Used to be less crowded and I just liked the North Shore. They used to have a big deal out at Pearl as well, years ago. I don't know if they still do that or not. I'd guess they do for Service Families but it's been a long time so who knows? Either way, you have a boat I think so watching from the water is really cool! Take some pics and post them if you are in the Islands and do go see something. Would be cool to see if you are able. No idea what your plans are Buddy, or even if you are in Hawaii right now but either way, have fun!
