Morning, Pops and Cowboys fans. It's Cowboys game day. Go Cowboys. May you all be blessed on this fine Sunday.
Hey, if she already has kids, at least you know she...................Good morning Pops and fellow fans of the opening day. Congrats to those that saw their college teams win yesterday and condolences to those that are inescapably tied to a sinking vessel. Tomorrow, I am going to check and see if it's possible to have my birth certificate changed to another state other than Arkansas, I mean, is it my fault I was born there? If I could have, right after exiting the birth canal,. I would have crawled to a neighboring state before they could fill out the bc.
The problem is once you are born in Arkansas, you are born to it. They begin immediately to program you with calling the Hogs before uttering Mama and follow that closely with "no, you can't marry your sister but your cousin would make a lovely bride and she already has kids".
However, when separating the insanity of fanhood from the reality of life, I was really happy for Colorado State's HC, Mike Bobo, as he's had a rough ride with his health and he's a good guy. In matters involving football, I turn to real life for escape.
Toss my "lucky boxers" in there with your t or if you decide to go that second route, you have my permission to wear them, I won't tell you won't be able to.Morning, Pops and Pen Pals. I hope everyone is doing well and that your new week gets off to a good start. The tee shirt I was wearing while watching the game yesterday survives, but only because of indecision. I couldn't decide whether to take it off and burn it or just douse myself with gasoline and burn it while wearing it.Have a great day, everyone.
Just try not to babble, and if you do, wear an Eagles cap.Good morning Pops and my fellow Americans and those in foreign lands that were targets before we were. We only thought we were safe from the hate and madness.
I am flashing back to about this time in 2001, we were at work like any other day and within an hour life changed abruptly and I can still remember the looks on the faces of my fellow employees and the phone calls that would go on through the night with the oft repeated phrase "I just wanted to hear your voice".
That horrific scene is etched in our memories forever but along with that is the beauty of the brave men and women that risked their lives to save others in peril. It was both our darkest and finest hours and I will drop by our Fire Station and Police Station today and thank them for doing what most would not do. I try to do that every time I see one of them but that is at my convenience. Today I will seek them out.
Just try not to babble, and if you do, wear an Eagles cap.
