Morning, Pops and Cowboys fans. The 4 yr. old is now 5 as of last Sunday. So I pick him up from pre-K yesterday and take him shopping with me and my mother-in-law. Of course he wants everything he sees. As we were in Costco we had memtioned we might get some Spam. Anyway, we get up near the checkout stand and there is a display of toy guns that shoot nerf balls. I had already got him a K-nine cannon that launces tennis balls so I told him no. He says, "I'll make you a deal Papa. You buy me all the toys I want and I'll give you all the Spam I have." I hope you all have a great day.

Think we can get him to be the trader for the Cowboys? Booger would have probably traded all the toys for a can of Spam as a kid.

Well, truth be told, he does hold a lot of sway with me but why not? I only have some much time on this earth and I can't imagine a better us of it. Great idea on the kids though. In my day, we did it with coke bottles and bottle rockets. Nerf guns are a big improvement over that entire process, for sure!
