Morning Pops, peeps, and the whole Dallas Cowboys team! Happy Sunday, I hope!

On one hand, we have to wait until late tonight to watch the game. On the other hand, it was a good excuse to take tomorrow off, so I can stay up and watch.

Morning Pops and all those witnessing the Battle of Texas tonight. Regardless of the winner between Dallas and Houston, Austin will still proclaim themselves the winner.

Runny, I just hope you're not sitting there saying "I took a day off tomorrow to watch this"?

I never expect much. I just don't have many other excuses to take days off, so any reason at all helps with the indecision.

Happy Sunday Pops and friends. I'm shamelessly rooting for the Vikings to rip the Eagles a new one this afternoon.

Late games are rough on Cowboy fans. I normally have to pry my fingernails out of the TV or remote at the end of these games. They're a last second play from winning or losing, so it's high stress. I'd strut or drag myself in to work and say "WE WON" or "WE WERE ROBBED". There is no gray area. My brother tried to remind me that I don't play football. I danged sure do when the Cowboys are playing! When Tony was still playing, I'd watch the game standing up. I actually ran out of the room once for the extra yards we needed. We got the first down, you're welcome. It's a participation sport, some don't understand.

:star:Good luck to all of us tonight! :star:

Night games are hard! I still haven't gone to bed. Rico Gathers really pulled in a beauty. Part of me still looks for #82. At least Texas won even if it wasn't the region I was rooting for. No one will be hearing from me when the sun comes up since I'm pulling the late shift, so Good morning Pops and friends.

Morning, Pops and everyone. Tough loss last night. The defense played pretty good until the overtime. Life goes on and I hope you all have a great day.

Morning Pops and depressed, repressed, and unimpressed peeps. The outcome of last night's game was disappointing, to say the least...but at least it was an exciting game. Great defensive effort on both sides!

Yep and actually closer than I expected. It was a slugfest and watching the battle between Clowney and Big Smitty was great.

They did a short segment on them and I didn't see Tyron's back give one inch as they battled. I was impressed!

Morning, Pops and friends. I had a sore throat for a couple of days and now I've lost my voice. The grandkids keep asking me questions just to hear me try to talk.

Leon, do not whisper, that puts a strain on your vocal chords. Best to get one of those erasable boards and hang around your neck. I'd start with putting Don't Ask Me Anything on it. And look on the bright side of this, haven't you been suppressing the desire to be a mime? Now's your chance.

Morning Pops. Morning Fellas and good morning to any who might decide to show up and do a little lite reading or even make a post.

Man, I am very hopeful that Winter waits a little bit before deciding to show up. It got cold Sunday night and it was like right now. Was hoping for a little more of the cooler days, nice evenings before I had to move the brass monkeys inside.

Jobs, Leon, dbrp, Xelda, zrin, Trouty, ksk, RGV, Coach, RWB, Ranching, SW and John, hope all of you are in a good place. If not, change it up and make it better!

Have a great day everybody!

Good (looks at the time before responding) afternoon (definitely afternoon) Pops and friends. Sorry to hear about the cold weather ABQ. I demand some regular days before the weather drives me back inside with unreasonable temperatures. Fall and Winter clothes are on sale. They look good, but Fall is just a less aggressive form of Summer here and Winter isn't long enough to invest in a new wardrobe. I remember sweating in Halloween costumes, Thanksgiving being regular hot and riding bikes in short sleeves on Christmas day. I'd watch the Charlie Brown seasonal shows with wonderment. Where are these leaves falling at, where is it snowing at? They felt like a 5 minute show when time drug every where else. My parents knew they had to settle in where they were at because anarchy wasn't far behind if they tried to move us when Charlie Brown was on. So Coach if you watch Charlie Brown enough, you'll catch up to Runny even though he has a hour's head start. I just solved the time zone differential, where's my Nobel prize (it was an honor just to be nominated) and my million dollars?
