Just before Christmas I had a procedure done on my liver called "radiofrequency ablation". Basically, they zapped this spot on my liver with radiation in hopes that it makes it goes away.

Right after that I acquired pneumonia in the hospital. With my compromised immune system, I've been having a hard time getting over the pneumonia but I'm much better now.

Last week, I had my first follow up appointment with my oncologist since the liver procedure. All he had to say was good news, the spot on my liver is shrinking. Now we just keep monitoring that. I'm feeling much better. Thanks for asking.

Awesome! Peace & love to you my man. Keep smiling.

Cancer. Still haven't told anyone in my family. I don't think I'll seek treatment. I've done everything I want to accomplish, seen every part of the world I care to see, and then some. I think I'm done. I'm not looking for well wishes so keep them to yourselves, as well as your prayers. I'm not looking for sympathy. Just seeing if actually writing it down will wake me up from my shock.

My prayers are with you buddy.

We are holding a light. Don't matter that you refuse a "Pity party" that's Gallant. Truth is, we care about human life and one of our own. I know you have called it good and only you can decide, but just incase. Baby steps are just that. God speed.

As of tomorrow I’ll be working from home. We’re you being treated at Audie Murphy?
I got my cancer treatment at MD Anderson Cancer Center and that is where I got pneumonia. They moved me to Audie Murphy where I stayed for a week. I was basically unconscious that whole time.

My brother received his cancer treatment there. I was mildly surprised at the good care he received. How was your experience?

The doctors there were awesome. The whole experience was great until I got pneumonia. That kicked my butt. I wasn't right from that until February.
Things are looking up since garret left the building.....coincidence?? Lol
