Arguing about stats... gross
Since 11 a.m. this morning, nobody has liked your comment. lol1. Maybe the QB limitations limit what we can utilize in the offense.
2. If Romo was an int machine then Aikman, Eli, and Favre are the worst qbs to ever play
3. Dak has as many fumbles/picks as TDs despite a better more experience cast...and now he's also killing the sack count by leading the league
4. I don't care what other current qbs are doing
This isnt going to be long but it will be direct and to the point.
I read thread after thread, and post after post about Dak not throwing for 300 yrds. Along with that all the other cliche criticisms posters here want to spew. ANd i wonder if any of you actually have paid attention and know this information or just hate to hate.
In 2014 Scott Linehan was hired
Look at Romo's stats and you will see that they are very similar to what Dak has done with the offense since he's been in the NFL. The only numbers that are really in Romo's favors are TD passes.
BOOM!!!ok i didnt count bradys 2.0ypa first yr.
so he went under 7ypa in his first 3 yrs starting. How many yrs had dak been starting?
Aaron rodgers has a 7.8 ypa for his career. in the 3 yrs Dak has been in the league Rodgers has a 7.2 avg. Dak 7.4
That’s one of the most ignorant things I’ve read here in a long while. It’s like you think a QB can only be good if he wins a Super Bowl. And no Super Bowl trophy. Glad you're still happy with mediocrity though.
Ouch!!!!!
Ouch!!!!!
Maybe you should reread the first post and understand this thread wasnt meant to be about dak but more linehan. But you posters refuse to get the dak line out of your heads. so i had to post facts about the numbers and stats they were trying to push as facts.then why mention and compare YPAs? Dak has had Zeke and hasn't had to pass much. with little we saw from him without Zeke, offense and pass offense struggled and he couldn't show that he was an elite passer. can he? we don't know. he may never be an elite passer. we may not need him to be. who cares. why do Dak lovers are hell bent on proving Dak is elite. with stat, after stat, after stat...most of which are meaningless.

Like the post and all the responses, but its seems your post are bias towards DAK and thats not an issue. But comparing DAK to a 2 of the best QBs to ever play the game is a little ambitious. I like DAK and what he brings to the game, but the big question is... has his play peaked, is this the best he will get. It will take another year to find out if the new OC and another of with Amari Cooper payoff. IMO, the game is all about Zeke not DAK. Defense understand they have to stop Zeke and force DAK to beat them. Until that roles switches it will be hard to believe DAK is the future.
Again, I like DAK, but Zeke accounted for 2000yds in 2018, of the Cowboys total offense (5500 yrds). Without Zeke, the Offense and DAK struggle
I don't even bother to check facts so I don't bring them up.
Romo was never a 350 yard a game passer. 350 x 16 = 5,600 yards in a season.
Is it too much to ask to fact check before hitting post?
...Because up to that point in his career the guy was a int machine..
Well, better than you, habitué de les boulevards. If I’m pedestrian what in the hell do you think you are lol?

Let's take a look at when those years happened, shall we? 4 of those happened in his first 6 years starting - different era, tougher defenses, Brady has already spoke about this. The other was 2013, again, not a great year for Brady - he had an 87.3 rating and there were talks about his "demise" that year that led into 2014 where he went on a rampage and won a Super bowl. Remember that? Of course you don't. "LOL"
Also, I see now you're leaving out Rodgers. Don't worry, I'm here for you. Let's take a little look, shall we? Rodgers had 7 seasons starting and every year was 7.0 ypa and 5 of those were 8 and above and 1 was 9 and above. He also had an MVP season in those years, but "LOL" why does that matter, right? Just matters during HOF induction. I'm sure Dak will get that for having a season where he averaged Brady's total career ypa "LOL"
Jesus. Just stop. You are embarrassing the "Romo for President" club more than normal.
Yep who cares! Link or not the FACT of the matter is the offense hasnt opened up and the funny thing is people think Moore is gonna be some kind of savior and draw up all these great plays and work on all the little details to make this offense better. Im not buying into that until I see it because Dak is limited. Then who cares?
I don't have a link, but it very well could have been McClay saying he likes to take a week's vacay on the 1st week of FA.
