I still think AD winds up in LA. They were lucky enough to get the #1 pick so they need to build around Zion.
Boston is likely out. I just can't see them dealing for Davis unless Kyrie returns, and I don't see Kyrie returning. Any deal for AD would involve Jayson Tatum and several of those draft picks, none of which are that appealing (#14, #20 and #22). So if Boston made a deal, they just don't have much left to go along with him and they risk losing him for nothing.
I don't see NY as an option either, *unless* they sign KD and Kyrie. At that point it's just a matter of how many pieces can NY hold onto in any deal.
But with LA, they can deal the #4 pick (30 days after the selection is made) as well as a few young players, say Brandon Ingram, Lonzo Ball as well as a 2020+2022 first round pick and I think that trumps a NY offer. We can offer the #3 pick but Kevin Knox and Dennis Smith Jr., just aren't as good. Frank Ntilikina has no value and the Knicks should try and hold onto Mitchel Robinson. They do have the advantage of owning an unprotected Mavs pick in 2021 as well as their own 2020 pick they can deal, but a LA has better assets imo.
