Sure thing, go ahead and refuse the facts that do not support your stance. It is unlawful to harass someone by following them and Trayvon clearly felt harassed and responded by fleeing from Zimmerman. This is indisputable.

His parents said that it sounded like their son, being with a child all of their lives I think a parent is going to know the sound of their kids voice, Unless they are lying and Zimmerman is telling the truth.

From the call with his GF the Kid was aware of someone following him and was afraid or at least alert so I will believe that it's him crying out for help over GZ who sounded calm and monotone during the 911 calls and suddenly goes from that to screaming out in panic and fear for his life. There was no panic and fear on the 911 calls when he was chasing the Kid who he admited was running or trying to get away.

If he was that paniced and fearful it makes zero sense for him to keep chasing and following

Yeah, I think that has been well established at this point. I don't think discussing it with him will be particularly fruitful but I think it's somewhat interesting how desperately he's clinging to his position regardless of validity.

Makes you wonder why, just a little bit, doesn't it? He said he was playing Devil's Advocate, so I don't have much fo a problem with that.

What I cannot get over is this.

Martin was walking and carrying only an iced tea and a bag of candy. Zimmerman was driving his car and armed with a 9-millimeter handgun. Martin weighed 140 pounds. Zimmerman weighs 250 pounds. Martin had no criminal record. Zimmerman was charged in July 2005 with resisting arrest with violence and battery on an officer.

They say much worse on Comedy Central. Watched South Park lately? I hadn't for a long time then watched it again recently... let's just say I was surprised by what you can say on cable tv these days.

A woman accused the man who fatally shot Trayvon Martin of domestic violence, it emerged Wednesday, as a fuller picture of George Zimmerman began to take shape.

In 2005, a woman filed a petition for an injunction against Zimmerman, claiming that he came to her house and became violent when she told him to leave, the Orlando Sentinel reports. Zimmerman, 21 at the time, filed a petition of his own in response.

Just a month before that, the paper reports, Zimmerman was at a bar near the University of Central Florida when a friend was arrested on suspicion of serving minors. Zimmerman became profane and pushed a law enforcement agent who tried to escort him away. He was arrested after a short struggle. That arrest had been reported previously.

In both cases, injunctions have kept the cases' outcomes sealed.
