Yes, they were idiots for paying Dak in the first place.
now they'll make the same mistake by overpaying Parsons.
If they were serious, they would trade Parsons, take the picks and use them next year to take the number one quarterback in the draft and continue to build the lines.
How many decades does it take to realize it starts with the guy who touches the ball every single offensive play?
If that guy touching the ball, every single offensive play is not good, you'll never get out of the playoffs.
if he's above average with the good cast around him, he could make it to the Super Bowl.

If he's awesome, he can cover the warts on your team and still win you a Super Bowl.

Dak's contract only looks bad because he, and the entire team, had a down year.

If he played like he did in 2023 (minus the playoff meltdown), nobody would complain about it.

And the main reason the team was garbage this year is because of the Jones idiots.

Dak is a regular season QB that does decent as long as the schedule's not too hard but the minute he plays playoff teams he sure doesn't play like he does against the crappy teams. You can see he just goes into a shell You can see it in his eyes.
