NY Giants - 24 vs Washington Commanders - 17 Game Thread**

Walking it off and jumping around now but it looked like a hamstring.

I have this horrible feeling that Coughlin will get fired within the next few weeks and then we'll have to deal with those nasty rumors all over again as Jason Garrett's name keeps getting thrown around as his possible replacement.

Is that even legal (by nfl rules)? To hire another teams coach in the middle of the season. I don't think so otherwise a guaranteed non playoff team would fire their coach and then hire the coach of a playoff guaranteed division rival, in an attempt to ruin their superbowl run.

Looked like possibly pulled a hamstring.

Looked like his leg simply locked up when he tried to plant on it. Have had it happen myself a few times, likely a mild sprain.

You wouldn't be seeing him jump up and down with a pulled hammy me thinks, espescially not after how much he struggled to get of the field initially.

Garrett will be the Dallas head coach next year or the year after. Nothing to worry about there.

Well, it's hard to tell. I've pulled my hamstrings before and, while it was pretty painful, I could get around. I would rather have a have a strained muscle than a sprained ligament. Ligaments never tighten back up.

That's a catch. It never touched the ground.

That top angle was deceiving. It looks like it touched the ground, but from the side you can tell it never did.

Our wins against the Giants and @Miami are looking less impressive...while the Commanders wins against Miami and @Philly and now them doing this to the Giants makes me quite nervous about our hype and previously thought dominance.

How?

Teams almost always have their best performances in their first games on a national stage.

Putting up 45 is never not impressive.

We were up 38-22 at one time....before they began the last desperate charge.

We beat the Dolphins 31 to 13 (I won't count their last TD) on the road. That's historically a tough place to play.

Listen.....we've won our first two games without our three best players on defense sitting out. We're getting used to a new offense and a new defense. We're also one of the younger teams in the NFL.

I think we'll be a force during the last few weeks of the season.

I needed it to be a catch. Unfortunately, I have Plax on my fantasy team.

Dude, incomplete all the way. What are you watching?
The top angle was deceiving. Bad call. From the side you could tell it never touched the ground.

Wow...why couldn't Burress have been this crappy against us?

Garrett is not going anywhere, he was hired before Wade even was.

On another note, the G-men look like crap.

I agree on Coughlin, he is done in NY.;)

The giants are the biggest bunch of wussies in the NFL. They fall over and die for the deadskins.

Lol, are you kidding? The ball bounces of the ground back into his lap.

Certainly not enough to overturn it.
