He was slamming Newman's attitude, not his ability.

This has become my problem with Newman. There was no need for him to run his mouth to ESPN's First Take about issues with the coaches or getting into T.O.'s ear about him not getting the ball.

Well i am on Scandricks bandwagon and he is still a Cowboys player. It’s not like i have abandoned the whole secondary. And for the record I am also off of Hamlins bandwagon.

Terence Newman uses the word "they" to call out unnamed sources who made his life in the lockerroom a little unpleasant and had players walking around wondering who the singing birds were.

They are cowards, and when you don't know who they are, you call them out. Newman choose the media to talk to cowards.

Again, where is the proof that Jason Witten is the mole. I'm still waiting. This seems to have ingnited the Newman bashing. Newman used the word "they" to refer to unnamed sources and called them cowards. Again, they are cowards. JFE or anyone has no solid prove that would stand up in a courtroom, but she spins an article, and Newman is bashed. Jason Witten has been in this situation before at Tennessee, and he didn't sing any covert messages to the media.

Perhaps, you should direct your anger at an offense that turned the ball over so many times that crucial games were lost. I don't hear you disowning Owens or Romo. You know they kind of called out Jason Garrett and our offensive schemes. Where is your heat for Jason Garrett? He made $ 3 million dollars and nearly got Romo killed in Arizona, and he led a turnover machine.

Terence Newman called out the cowards that need to be gutted from this organization and he gets this. However, Romo and Owens call out "our schmes" on offense, and they get a pass from you.

In a league where the "shutdown" CB has gone the way of the dodo, Newman is as close to one as there is.

There isnt a CB in football I'd take over Newman when he's healthy. He works his tail off, is a damn good player and wants to win. He also isnt a one dimensional CB who simply wants to run around and knock down a ball here and there, he tackles and forces the run well too.

He's one of the best 3 players on our team.

Yeah, remember the hit he put on Cllinton Portis in the second game. He drilled him, and after that hit, Portis was done.
