Players who play deep into the 4th quarter of pre season games are not usually in high demand by other teams. All teams have these type of players!

No, but Wright hasn't shown himself to be any better as a corner and is not as good on special teams. Maybe we cut both.

However, if Lewis starts out on PUP, we do need a slot backup and Joseph did play well in the slot in the preseason, other than the offsides. Wright doesn't play slot. Not sure if Scott does, either.

Let me add that we might see Mukuamu as the interim slot backup since he played pretty well there against San Fran. However, I didn't think Mukuamu looked all that good in coverage this preseason. He made a couple of plays but he also gave up quite a few.

Bills traded EDGE Carlos Basham to Giants for a 2025 draft pick.
The Giants continue to revamp their pass rush with a little more than a week to go until the start of the regular season. After acquiring linebacker Isaiah Simmons from the Cardinals last week, they have now added Basham, a former second-round pick from the 2021 NFL Draft. Since entering the league, Basham has totaled 4.5 sacks in 23 games and could serve as a situational pass rusher in Wink Martindale’s blitz-heavy scheme.

Bohanna had a good season in 2022. AV5 rating on PFRef.

Might be better as a safety or a slot corner.
