How come when Rush Limbaugh was going to have a "bit" piece on ABC's Monday Night Football, the whole country was about to implode? Now Olbermann is going to have the exact same position for NBC's Sunday Night Football. No bias in the media. Nah.

holy hell we found something we can agree on.

Olbermann to work football pre-game show for NBC
April 16, 2007

NEW YORK (AP) -- Keith Olbermann will return to sports for the first time in six years to join Cris Collinsworth as co-host of the pregame show for NBC's Sunday night NFL telecasts.

Olbermann, who currently hosts a prime-time newscast and opinion show called "Countdown with Keith Olbermann" on MSNBC, will join with host Bob Costas and analysts Jerome Bettis, Tiki Barber and Peter King on NBC's "Football Night in America."

An anchor for ESPN's SportsCenter from 1992-97, Olbermann last appeared on network television in 2001 as host of postseason baseball coverage for FOX.

His job on the NBC show will be to narrate highlights and discuss NFL news and issues.

Looks like I won't be watching NBC anytime soon

I wonder how long it will take for him to get fired for interjecting his liberal left-wing political agenda into the weekly sportstalk

I like Olbermann's MSNBC show.

I'm sure he'll be fine on the NFL pregame show.

I rarely if ever watch any of these shows anymore anyway...So I really could care less.

Just keep up the Good work on MSNBC Keith.

Olbermann (and his conservative counterpart, O'Reilly) is what's wrong with news television these days. Guys who are so biased and entrenched in their views that they refuse to acknolwedge any other point of view on anything.

Examples:

O'Reilly believes America's "godlessness" is the reason behind all the violence and upheavel

It took Olbermann less than 12 hours to blame the Virginia Tech shooting on George Bush

Just pure stupidity

Limiting the numbers of rounds in a gun is pointless anyway. Sooner or later you have to change clips unless you are Barney Fife.

O'Reilly?

I agree.:D

You can't seriously agree with Olbermann on this?

No human alive with a soul or conscience would.

O'Reilly is nuts too, but at least I agree with him on most things :D

I agree. O'Reilly is over the top but that is part of his shtick. He makes for good TV. But Olbermann is just certifiable.
