Dez is one of the better receivers in the league. He's not the best but he's certainly better than most.

Didn't he and Tony set some sort of record last weekend?

That was a fluke?

It's not an excuse if it's true. Bad foot, ankle, and knee injury = limited. But as long as they are willing to roll him out there, he's got to perform when given the opportunity.

Seems his hands are injured as well. :D

Another idiot yelling disrespect. I love how some of these guys yell disrespect and then they open their mouths and disrespect themselves without even realizing it.

This was the same thing Sherman was crying about with Crabtree.

Nah that Sherman-Crabtree stuff is personal. Nothing to do with football, really.

A breakout season for Panthers cornerback Josh Norman continued in Dallas on Thursday when he scored a decisive win in his matchup with Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant. Bryant had two catches all day and one for six yards when Norman was covering him, which led Norman to say after the game that the Cowboys…http://youwillnotrackme2.net/b.gif?host=profootballtalk.nbcsports.com&blog=&post=2364948&subd=nbcprofootballtalk&ref=&feed=1

Everyone is attacking the basic premise here which is Norman calling Dez out but it's much deeper than that. Our basic coaching staff is not strategically creative enough to place Dez consistently in position to be successful. More plays from the slot.. where are they? I was so fooled by Linehan's early success as a coordinator. Now I realize it was Romo and Demarco that helped to mask his inefficiency in the innovation department. Our coaches blow.

Awwww...dez didn't exchange jerseys with him and he, sniff sniff, exchanged jerseys with a player in miami.

Can't believe I just read that commentary from a supposedly elite talent on an undefeated team.

I don't believe there is. I think this guy is just a player that is suddenly getting more attention than he deserves because his team is 11-0 and his defense leads the league in sacks. So he is trying to create headlines because he probably grew up idolizing shameless self promoters like Dion Sanders and recently Sherman.

Just another classless big mouth defensive back.

Players all talk on the field. It's the insecure classless ones that feel the need to talk trash off the field.

Well i can't speak to his character, but like Sherman and to a certain extent Deion, his actions are very smart.

Like it or not that is how to make your money in the NFL, you need publicity to cash in when you are a 5th round pick, Sherman knew it.

Dez is just like every other receiver in the league. He'll make the catches that are unbelievable and miss some right in his hands.

He's sure as heck better than anyone the Cowboys have had for many years.

I read that and couldn't believe it. Talk about butt hurt! A jersey! He's watching Dez exchange jerseys with Grimes the week before and he's upset he didn't give him one?!?! Does he know how pathetic he sounds?!?!

if you go back a few days, Norman was chirping before anything was said on the field during pre-game. I get folks bashing Dez for his dud on the field. But they acting like he and this team have been extra cocky after a win against a weak Dolphins team. Not even close.

Norman backed it up an Shut down Dez
Even ex cowboy backup, Sterling Moore shut down Dez

Dez has ran his mouth all yr an never proved it on the field. Still waiting for Dez to prove he deserved the contract......Sideline arguments, arguing with the reporters, trash talking on the field, an pet monkey in the locker room...is that what Jerry bought for 70mil. Easier to deal with distractions if he proved it on the field....but we are still waiting

Hero off the field and Zero on the field.

That's not really true, is it? He can't be salty about a jersey, can he?

I'm pretty sure he was being sarcastic. I doubt he wanted Dez's jersey. He had his head on the field.

And Norman ended it.

yeah , all this talk means nothing , thats for sure. In defense of Dez or against him.

this means something though:

2 rec 26 yards.

I'm sure Dez will have monster games against the Skins and other lower level teams. And throw up that X, when we have no shot at the playoffs......
