What do you mean holding the ball too long, did you even watch the game? I think you need a little lesson on film study before you give your amateur analysis. He was hit within 2 seconds of snapping the ball on that fumble, FROM BEHIND. His fumble late in the game was on Fredricks. Did you see where he hiked the ball?

If you don't like Dak just admit it and stop acting like you're his secret fan, yet posting BS like this post above. Actually, he won the game so enjoy your misery.
Sorry. Dak was, is and always will be perfect, until the moment he's bodily assumed into heaven. And anyone who suggests that he's human clearly hates him. Got it.

I've already complimented him on his will, composure, drive to succeed and his intelligence. I've admitted being wrong on that. It's the skill set I still don't like.

Maybe your confusion comes from the idea that a fan must blindly support every player on the team and immediately squash any concerns they might have on a player once he's a Cowboy. That's not me. Never will be me.

He is a rookie. He has a good arm, quick feet, elusiveness for the most part. He has plenty of skill. I will say this, he does miss the open man quite a bit, but that will come with more reps. And to be quite honest, a lot of QBs miss open receivers, even the greatest to ever play.

I am not saying that you should blindly follow the man. However, he has done little to deserve the kind of criticism and hatred that you have been spewing all this time. It is one thing to be critical, cause he does make his fair share of mistakes, but it is another to basically condemn him.....and you have come across as such all season.

Also, your absolute devotion to Wentz seems to cloud how you post. I do often wonder if we had Wentz instead of Dak, if we would be as good, assuming Wentz could have Elliott as well (I know no feasible, but just saying). I think Wentz would be doing great here. He would have a great OL, something he doesn't have in Philly. He would have far more reliable receiving targets, cause his current ones couldn't catch a cold, much less a football. We also have a superior rushing attack, though we don't have an all around threat like Sproles. I think Wentz would be thriving here, just as Dak is. Still, he is an Eagle now, and so I want him to suffer and suffer and suffer. I have nothing but disdain and dislike for that dirty bird scumbag now.

My "hate" and "devotion" consists of me believing one is much better than the other and then having to defend that stance to a bunch of babies.

I too want him to suffer. I wish him a career of playing with that garbage around him.

Still wish we had him though.

My suggestion is, do your homework before posting about someone. Talking just to talk makes you come off as a Romo homer.

Never mentioned Romo, never implied anything about Romo, never even said or implied Dak was bad. That's entirely on you. And if you think the second fumble was on Fred and not Dak, then I think I won't be taking advice from you on doing homework, thanks.

How about opening your eyes then? When he snapped the ball, it was hung up on his left, under cheek. That's why @sdcowboys called him butt fumble 2. Go take a look mate.

And I'm well aware that Dak makes mistakes, he's human. But if you think he made many mistakes in this game, I challenge you to show me visual proof.

Its because Dak isn't a game manager and because he has five All Pro players on his offense, along with a rookie RB who deserves the NFL MVP. Its all a big buffet of excellence.
I agree with all of that, but this drive is why I agree with the highlighted part.

Come on man. Dakota Rayne Prescott....GAME MANAGER....I got a real chuckle out of that. You're good. YOU'RE VERY GOOD.

Just because he's a game manager doesn't mean you can't win. What if the Cowboys continue to replenish the strength of this team with good players? They could go on to contend every year with this same formula and a QB who can effectively manage the game.

This isn't meant to criticize what he's done. He's been obscenely effective in his role this year. He just absolutely is in a very advantageous situation that makes him look better than he truly is.

He's the MVP only if the award is Most Valuable Prescott. And even then I'd be searching through practice squads before announcing the winner.

Dak had a rough game. Playing on the road against the Vikes' D and the crowd noise can make even the most wily veteran QB shaky.

Dak will learn from this. The OL must play better. Free needs to resettle himself. Escobar needs to go.

Even the seasoned vets have bad games every single year. Any team can win when everything falls your way and you are clicking. We have really yet to see this team when every single thing is going against us. No offense, penalties taking away any big play we make, etc. And to still find a way to come with a W says a lot. They stayed with it until the end.

Dak never gets rattled no matter what. He started poor against Baltimore, too. But he's the same no matter what is going on around him. I love that. He never panics or gets frustrated. Cool, calm and collective.

I don't care if we win because Dak is good, bad, game manager, mad bomber, or claustrophobic. I don't care if the OL gets all the credit, or none. I don't care if Zeke is considered better than Bell or Gurley. Or is Dez is vilified for jawing with Josh Norman or not.

11-1 and I'm a happy fan.

I agree the strip sack was not on Dak, he was looking left and the DE got there very fast, nothing he could have done differently. The other fumble appears to be on Dak though. The snap seems the same as always, but there was something wrong with Dak's hand placement. The ball hung because his hands were not open to take the ball, almost like he was not ready for the snap.
