Well, If you saw how her match ended at SS it's easy to tell all this was written into the storyline so she could take some time off to spend with her family.I hear Ronda Rousey has been suspended indefinitely by the WWE. I think her suspension will last until the next PPV which is Clash at the Castle next month at Cardiff, Wales.
I don’t think they would have been at Summer Slam if both weren’t signed. From what I’ve read, HHH (like me) is a big fan of Dakota Kai’s (in-ring) work and it’s been rumored that he never wanted to see her released at all. So now that he’s in charge, he corrected what he felt was a mistake in letting her go. I hope she’s the first of many mistakes corrected.
As for the now Iyo Sky, I’d read that her deal was coming up but that she would re-sign if she finally got a call-up to the main roster.
Since they came out after Belair (RAW champion), I expect all three to be on that brand.
I’ve also read that with Vince gone, they’re attempting to repair their relationship with Naomi and Sasha Banks. Hopefully, they can get that done and further strengthen Smackdown’s women’s division as well.
And lastly, I’d love to see them re-sign Karrion Kross and Scarlett and correct another huge Vince mistake. (Fingers crossed)
You may get your wish to see Karrion Kross before too long. Wrestling.inc had an article on their Web site saying that the higher ups in the WWE are talking about bringing him back.
Stay tuned.
Fingers crossed my friend!
Looks like I have!
Karrion Kross may be the beginning of WWE wrestlers returning now that HHH is in charge. Maybe Bray Wyatt in the near future.
Stay tuned.
By my count, Dakota Kai (and Io Shirai signing an extension) we’re the first(s). But getting Kross and Scarlett back make clear that HHH truly IS in charge.
Bray Wyatt costs a lot so it will be interesting to see if he does return.
Many other names are locked into AEW contracts, and unless Daddy Khan cut Junior’s allowance probably could leave if they wanted to. And many have it really easy there, being paid without having to do anything.
But this new regime and moves have definitely brought excitement back to the product. For me anyway.
I think they’re going to do something quickly to split up those titles. It was a TERRIBLE IDEA to unify them in the first place. And then, Reigns working fewer dates made things that much worse.
I think between McIntyre and Kross, one of them will end up with RAW’s title belt.
Another thing I hope for with Vince finally gone is the return of tag team wrestling. That idiot effectively killed it.
I don't see Kross going up against Reigns. Two heels?
BTW, if what I'm reading is correct, you won't see Brock either. I think the next time you see him won't be until the PPV Day 1 on New Year's Day, 2023 in Atlanta.
It's not a state secret that Vince hated tag team wrestling.
Speaking of tag team wrestling, tonight on Raw, is the beginning of a tournament to decide the winners of the ladies tag team title belt, which was vacated by Sasha and Naomi back in May.
There's a rumor that someone will be returning to compete tonight in the Women's Tag Team Tournament. I won't say who it is. Don't want to spoil anything.
If you haven't heard the news, John Laurinaitis was released by the WWE today. He was involved in the scandal that forced Vince McMahon to resign.
