Report: Nerve has begun to regenerate in knee of Jaylon Smith **merged**

I hate to be a party pooper, but the chance of him having any impact this year is minimal and it is highly possible that he will struggle next year. I don't base my opinion on his injury, but I base it on the fact that he is a rookie and he will need time to adjust to the game. Add in that he had a very serious knee injury and he may never return to the level of play that he was known for in college. I have nothing against the player, but I do not like the pick at the top of the second round. To make matters worse , there has been two threads a day about his knee nerves firing. IMO, it will be a great accomplishment if he is an average LB in the NFL.

You have no idea bud. Have you seen this guy play? He will be fine and his knee is 100%. This is the kind of player that can change games.

Ok time for Jaylon to get on the field for this superbowl run. So excited for Jaylon and think he can help immediately in a few weeks..........I don't need anybody to tell me what they think or I'm wrong. I have my own opinion as do you and I'm going to be happy so fluff off Debbie downers

Great news, sounds like he'll be back next year baby!

God a draft of Dak, Zeke, and Smith could be looked back at for decades if these 3 hit their maxes.

Ya Dak and Zeke are rookies and need time to adjust to the nfl. You are so smart, glad to have you on this forum to give us all this inside and great information

well I believe it when I see him plating

I still draft a LB er this spring

i see where ur coming from. you know that very small group of romo fans/dak haters are waiting for dak to lose in the playoffs and come out and say "i told you dak was gona mess it up...Romo would of won it all this year w this team!"

sucks but theres fans who indeed pat themselves with knowing whats gona happen.
You must have missed the decade of Romo haters here. They still poke their little heads out now and then.

I hope he plays better than the previous LB we drafted who wore that number. Of course that will be easy since it was Barbie Carpenter.
