Now that is a shock, I could see him start at FS and let hamlin play his natural position of SS but to put Watkins who's a bean pole play SS is a joke.

A fracture IS a break. I've explained this many times on this board. Don't feel like doing it again though.


I have no idea why people think fractures are breaks, but they are. There's different severities of a "Fracture" but whether it's minor or broken clean in half, it's still a fracture.

Spiral fracture is interesting - usually a twisting type of mechanism. The upside of this is it is a reasonably stable fracture type so hopefully that means a quick recovery.

I can't believe so many Cowboys fans are this dense! Guys, Wade said that wasn't Roy...emphatically. It's about as close as I've ever heard him come to hanging someone out to dry, but it wasn't Roy.

I hope Roy gets back soon, and I hope a lot of fans pull their heads out.

That can't be right. I'm sure it'll be Hamlin at SS and Watkins at FS.

People think it's only a "Break" if it's "broken" in half, and a fracture if it's "only cracked" but both are actually fractures.

I remember when I broke my hand (the first time) the doc told me I had a fractured soemthing (one of the bones in my hand, whatever it's called) and I was like "Oh cool, at least it's no broken". But he then explained to me that a fracture is a break, that people just don't understand that most of the time. My bone was broken clean in half too.
