Henderson confronted Randy White and White kicked his butt. Roger and Clint Longley got into it and Roger kicked his butt. Neither case did they run to Landry and say he is picking on me, instead they did what most typical men would do in the world they live in and play in.

That wasn't bullying, .. that was just a fight.

And I think White was the one that started it, because he didn't think HH should be in the weight room while on team suspension.

where he fails to tell them to stop or where he acts as they do? Kind of helps if the so called victim says something instead of acting like them. To me sounds a lot like a woman who will hang out with the guys and tell dirty jokes but when the guy tells the dirty joke it is all of a sudden sexual harrasment. How can you claim bieng bullied if you never tell the person to stop and act the same way they are? I guess when it comes to Martin you just have to be able to read his mind since he is not going to say anything or you will just have players who want nothing to do with him out of fear they may be the next to get accused.

How was Incognito supposed to know that Martin was being harrassed, if he never told him that he was being harrassed??? Based on the text messages between those two, Martin was just as much of a jerk as Incognito and they seem to be engaging in the same types of activities TOGETHER off the field.

So now Martin is a woman and or a child instead of a 300 pound player on an offensive line in a sport know for it's physical nature and hard nosed atmosphe. Talk about painting with a broad brush. Not all situation are the same, as I mented above how you deal with harrasment in an office is differant than in sports. So in the mean time Martin can act as he wants says what he wants and yet if others do that with him they are being bullies? lol Yeah I want him as my teammate. lol

Fuzz, some of these folks will read the report. What they'll do is latch on to one piece - e.g., Martin and Incognito were friends - and just run with that as some explanation for why they are right. The report does well to explain those behaviors in the larger context of what science knows about bully-bully victim relationships -- but most on this board are too thick to understand any of that.
