He was so slow with his get off last year that he allowed the OL to get into him and this isn't college where his strength could just move the OL. In the NFL, if he doesn't change that part of his game, he will be out of the league before long.

HE was so big and strong in college he could get away with that most of the time. Here he cannot.
Bottom line is he should not have been a first rd pick; more and more he appears to be a developmental guy who should NEVER be picked in the first rd
