Maybe. If he's not great this season I may be leading the calls for his release. It would surprise me, though. I expect to see the Dez we saw down the stretch last season. All I know is that if he's not great this season, I'll betcha they release him.
The Falcons were 2-0 without Julio Jones in 2016. Are they really a better team without him? They won all 3 games that he missed in 2016. The offense seemed to flow better in those games than when he returned.
I mean...if you're THAT bored. We can always start another thread about Jaylon Smith!
Those games were against the Rams and 49ers who were 4-12 and 2-14 respectively. The Falcons were 2-0 without Julio Jones in 2016. Are they really a better team without him?
Oh, there will be more of those. A lot more...We can always start another thread about Jaylon Smith!
Two of the Cowboys' wins without Dez were against SF and Cincinnati. And they rushed for 191 yards against GB. Whooptie doo. My point is both records are such small sample sizes as to be statistically inconclusive. Those games were against the Rams and 49ers who were 4-12 and 2-14 respectively.
I like Sturm, but don't know if I completely agree here; though he is being objective here.
We can get by without Dez and WR isn't all that important to winning.
But the guy is a touchdown machine.
As a man that makes your comment even worse. My profile is fake. I'm neither female or in my 40's.
Target him 8-12 times a game like those other receivers and see the numbers he puts up..
You know this, how?I seriously doubt he has. He has leeches for family members that don't work and smoke weed all day that he pays for. He'll be broke within 5 years of retiring, imo.
Its almost to the point that these guys like Crawford, Dez, Witten are the last of the old guard bad contracts.
I'll just leave this here:
WR Targets (2015 + 2016 regular season)
- Antonio = 350
- Julio = 333
- Dearyius = 321
- TY = 291
- AJ = 232
- Jeremy = 200
- Dez = 171
Omg, I'm so hurt. I'm going to go sit fetal position in the shower and cry. I'll probably cut myself a few times to take the emotional pain away.As a man that makes your comment even worse.
My best friend (who works for the Cowboys) went with the director of player personnel to Dez's house, where 4 family members were sitting there all day smoking weed (none have jobs) and they told Dez they were hungry, and Dez took them out to eat. He does that all the time. I get helping your family, but there's being taken advantage of.You know this, how?
