If Quinn was privately advised to find another job, how do you or anyone who may have reported it know about it? Where did you read that information? From some fan on Twitter looking for attention? Mazi is in rehab, just another thing to set him back. I have no confidence in the defense, especially with Zimmer who some who cover the Cowboys don’t think the players will fight for him.
Quinn was allowed to move on to save face or be made a scapegoat for the playoff loss. It's what makes the most sense, He certainly didn't choose Washington over the Cowboys without some prodding... he had no future in Dallas. Your claims about Mazi exist only in your head at this point. He deserves a comeback and I believe he will get it, in due time.

Don’t know where you’re coming up with all that. You’re just dreaming stuff up. DQ wanted to be a head coach again and left on his own. As for Mazi he’ll never see a second contract with the team. He may be gone before his rookie deal is up. He’s a bust.

You talk more crap than anyone but you can't stand it if someone else does it. Not everything is made known to the media but they just make more sense.

When Dak gets pressured he becomes inconsistently accurate. You give any college QB time in the pocket and he will have open receivers and perform well in the NFL.
The minute you throw pressure in the mix, they fail.
You need to be consistently accurate under pressure to win a title in the NFL. Dak, along with 1/2 the other QBs in the league is not capable
Time to move on.

lol ok keep telling yourself that. When QB1 comes out playoff game after game missing throws, high / behind /wide . We all know when Dak has the ball with 2 minutes left and we are behind,. we lost . Dak has proven time and time again he doesnt have the mettle or mental fortitude to get in done . Same at Miss St . He's never won the big game . Hes the definition of CHOKER !.
We all know when Dak has the ball with 2 minutes left and we are behind,. we lost .

He didn't do this and he didn't do that....so "we" lost. Perhaps "we" should have raised our level of play since it's impossible for any NFL player to shine in every game. True contenders have multiple ways of winning. If one aspect of the team is struggling then it is time for a different aspect to win.

In 2016 the Cowboys were down by 18 points in the playoff game against the Packers. Dak helped to bring the team back to a tie with 35 seconds left. The defense had to hold the Packers for 35 seconds. Who choked, he or "we"?

In the 2018 playoff game against the Seahawks, the Cowboys enter the 4th quarter down by 3. With a little over two minutes left in the game the Cowboys are strugghling to hold on to a 3 points lead. It is 3rd down and 14 yards for a 1st down on the Seahawks 17 yard line. A field goal gives the Cowboys a 6 point lead with the ball going back to Russel Wilson and the Seahawks.

However, Dak runs with the ball and gets 16 yards and a 1st down. On the next play he keeps the ball again for a rushing TD and the playoff victory. How is that possible when Dak "always" chokes?

If it is Dak's fault for playoff ineptitude, then why has it lasted for the past 28 seasons when Dak has only been here for 8?

Qb always gets the glory, or the dumping. Dak is no exception.

Its real life id like to see you try to deny that one.

I definitely won't deny that one..... and just like I know the qb doesn't deserve all the glory the same way he doesn't deserve all the blame.

That's all I've been saying the whole time.

You have faith in Dak but no faith in Zimmer lolol. Zimmer is 10x more accomplished at his job than Dak is at his
In what world? Zimmer hasn't accomplished jack other than NOT winning championships. He's a perfect fit for the Cowboys and Dak in that regard. If your goal is to stretch the championshipless streak of the Cowboys then hiring Zimmer is the perfect move.

Dak had the second most game winning drives in his first four seasons alone.... so I'm not calling you a liar.... but what you're saying is not the truth.

Dallas and Playoff-Choke are nowadays NFL synonyms… No matter who the QB or coach is. It really a piece of art how BAD can you be at GM to create a culture of losing important games and develop players with similar “traits”, like being divas, media-players and QBs that simply can’t deliver when it matters…

He didn’t play well but he didn’t give up like our defense. He kept battling while our defense kept folding as the game went on.
He did it against backups.

Cmon man.

Prescott suffers from performance anxiety in the worst way in big games.

There’s no way in hell he leads this team to victory against the likes of Baltimore, SF or any other solid team this season.

He’s incapable.

How people defend him to no end is mind boggling.

A "choke" is when the outcome of the game is determined by a series of plays or even a single play late in the game. The play absolutely has to be made. However, a particular player, usually the quarterback, fails to make that play.

What's important to the concept is that the player had the opportunity to make that play but he was unable to do so, typically due to a lack of poise. He was overwhelmed by the critical nature of the consequences.

If a team is down by three TD's by the 3rd quarter then this loss is not a "choke". It cannot be attributed to a single player.

A classic example of a choke would be having the ball on the opponent's five yard line, down by 5 points with 4 seconds left and the QB throws an INT in the endzone.
Good point. By god, our boys don’t choke… they come out flat from minute one!

Nobody is backtracking. Don’t compare a guy who has never won anything to teams that have won. When Dak wins something you can compare. Nice try. But you failed. And you are moving the goal posts

Zimmer took his team to the nfc champ game. The same game every single poster in here is begging to make it to. Nice try.

Dak and our offense kept battling.
Dak had 2 first half interceptions. One of which was a pick 6.

I defended Dak for years but he was booty against the packers until the game was already essentially over.
