Dak was healthy the season before he snapped his ankle and we didn't do squat. You know, the year Dak lost to the Mono King.
He was given a pass by many here for his underwhelming performance against the Eagles in the week 15 must win game. They blamed it on a shoulder injury. He did seem fine the following week in the no pressure game against the WFT so who knows.

The Dak contract looks better every day. As predicted. Watson might not even play this year. Murray?????? It’s insane. Wasn’t the guy supposed to be shopped around because of his attitude? Then this. What has Murray done in his career to be paid like this?
He belongs amongst the the midget elite.:lmao2:

Oh, really? So it keeps going up every time a qb is resigned?

Go figure. Ya, really stupid.

Seem you understand my point. So why are you comparing it then ? Out of stubborness ?

Compare Daks contract to contracts made in the year his was signed.

Its clear that Daks contract is a bad one.

Its boring to have always some fanboy come up with ridiculous reasons trying to prove that it isnt.

And dont be so lazy! At least find some creative stuff to have something for others to be entertaint with. Remember you are on at DC website. Entertainment is the main goal of our franchise.

So were 4 of the starting linemen, Blake Jarwin, and half the defense. Dalton almost got decapitated on a regular basis before getting plowed under.
Ya most of those existed when Dak was qb that year and we had the #1 offense in the league while also having the worst defense in history.

Dak went down and our offense was atrocious.

LOL, that's what you saw?

Dak wasn't good. At all. He lost every game he played, and was losing before Dalton bailed him out in the Giants game.

He was down 44-14 to the Browns, then put up a ton of garbage times stats. That's his specialty. This was Baker Mayfield and the Browns, mind you.

Same for Atlanta, before the Falcons committed the most brain-dead play in NFL history.

He was inept in the Rams game.

He's an early-season, late-game statistics monger, and nothing more.

The complete book on Dak has not been written.
Playing for such a dysfunctional front office has not done him any favors.
unless Dak has some magic which is going to be unleashed in the next 2 years , he will have a worse playoff record than romo who went 2-4 . And Dak enjoeyd the best OL in a decade in 2016-18.
Dak has a lot to do in the next 2 seasons . Some fans here have compared him to Payton and Brees as having later career success. Anything close to these two would be magical, but sadly it is a tall order for Dak.

Exactly, the parade of excuses for Dak never ends,. He interited the best OL in 2016 and did nothing . empty stats and nice photo ops but folds like a cheap tent against good teams
Dak is now in a situation where he has a worse playoff record than tony romo , who had less talent to work with especially on the OL.

He sells tickets - that's what it amounts to. It is not about whether he can get them to the Super Bowl. He may never do that but people will buy a ticket to watch him play! They won't if you get an average QB who just sits back in the pocket even if you saved 30 mill per year and had the same end results.

LOL. What an epically horrible take.

That Browns game was within 3 points. I doubt the Browns let the Cowboys back into it for fun. So no. Not garbage time.

Atlanta. Agreed. Brain dead play. lol

Rams game? Inept? He threw a beautiful pass to Gallup that would have won the game if not for a horrible penalty called on Gallup for OPI on Ramsey.

What are you talking about? lol

Delusion at its finest.

Yeah..sure...Dalton bailed him out when they were up 24-23 when he got hurt.

HE was down. Not the defense that let the Browns roll up over 300 rushing yards.

ATLANTA lost...Dak didn't win it. Got it.

Holy cow....Dak was saddled with the worst performing defense in Cowboys history (it got a little better later in the season) but it is his fault he has to put up over 40 to win.

INEPT vs the Rams

You got that right, look at our situation..................
Its a league wide pandemic, and once the Brady, Rodgers, Stafford's start hanging it up this league will really start looking and feeling different.
Thats why salary does not matter, but how the smart teams spend smart money.
I have no problem spending market price but part of that deal is getting market rate of return.
Seems there are several teams willing to pay more for securities, than return on investment.

Geezzzzz....Pilgrims on here could turn a thread about endangered blind salamanders into a Dak thread.
It’s amazing how he lives in so many heads

Its amazing how some of them are dumb enough to say the opposite of what NFL players, coaches, scouts, etc have to say about Dak.

Then run and hide when you ask them how do they know much more than NFL professionals who's paid millions to eat, sleep and breathe football. They always fail to answer that question.

But Picasso wasn't dumb enough to disagree with the best artists in the world when they said someone else is a pretty damn good artist.
