Someone really, really cheap, because Jerry ain't going to pay 10 million plus in coaching salaries for the next half decade.

Any coordinator is available. There are actually some very highly thought of offensive and defensive coordinators out there right now. Adam Gase is a guy to watch. Though not for the job here, obviously...

Adam Gase would be a good choice. I would love to bring in kyke Shanahan as offense coordinator. See what he has done with Julio?

Payton if fired. I really just want a competent coordinator to come in on offense and take advantage of what we have while we still can.

Id take just about anything breathing over Jason Garrett.

If I have a young team and I am dedicated to a finding someone to groom long term, Gase is absolutely the guy I go after. Proven success as an offensive coordinator in multiple stops with different levels and styles of talent. He needs to be in a position where he has a good scouting dept and front office though because I am not sure he's completely ready for that aspect of the job.

I would love to get him, but I think Dallas might be an absolute nightmare for him.

"You've heard me tell the story about getting those credit cards cut up about 15 years before I bought the Cowboys. You guys have heard it ad nauseam, but I arrived here at Love Field, young man there about 31, 32 years old and handed my credit card over here at Love Field. Lady went down a list, saw my name on it, reached up, cut it in two, said, 'Young man, you need to learn how to pay your bills.' Now, that's a little rugged day in Dallas, Texas."

I keep seeing people here clamoring or Garrett to get the axe which we all know he won't. Hypothetically here, who is even available that we could bring here that would work under Jerry?

Probably noone if Jerry wants to stay within his comfort zone. So nothing will happen.

Here are my choices in order.

Eric Mangini = closest thing to a Belichick type
Kyle Shanahan
Sean Payton

It does that matter if we have the #1 offense. The records each year are the only thing that matters. And we all know what those have been.

Yes, 12-4 last looked. And if Garrett was any good, Dez would have held onto that ball. And Murray would never have fumbled either.

While it doesn't matter, I agree with Garrett going nowhere.

Mark Richt is out at UGA.

Probably the only shot Romo has.... If Payton has something left in his young coaching tank...

Yeah, and with all that clamoring, I haven't read one realistic name to bring in...other than Peyton, which won't happen.

Try Hue Jackson of the Cincinnati Bengals..an awesome OC and has made Andy Dalton and AJ Green superstars....believe it or not there will be alot of good HC candidates available....people are to busy making excuses for Garrett to pay attention.

Harbaugh, Saban, Payton, etc. All of them can turn this mess into a contender over night.

If they keep JG, which is going to happen, they must bring in a new offense.
