Slowwwwww your roll there, partner. I'm gonna go off topic here for a second, but ANY degree from an Ivy League should be highly regarded and no, history absolutely is not an easy degree, particularly with Princeton's curriculum. Garrett can't coach his way out of a paper bag, but the guy is absolutely book smart.
They were hyping Josh McDaniel last night
If he has really matured and learn some humility, I wouldn't mind McDaniels. That is a huge if though.
"You've heard me tell the story about getting those credit cards cut up about 15 years before I bought the Cowboys. You guys have heard it ad nauseam, but I arrived here at Love Field, young man there about 31, 32 years old and handed my credit card over here at Love Field. Lady went down a list, saw my name on it, reached up, cut it in two, said, 'Young man, you need to learn how to pay your bills.' Now, that's a little rugged day in Dallas, Texas."
Why does everybody assume that Garrett is smart? Just because he graduated from Princeton.
That being said, why is there a documentary on Jim Garrett at the Dallas Cowboys web-site, narrated by Judd Garrett. Pretty much nobody knows this clown, but it clearly demonstrates the role of Jim in this organization. He's like Lacewell, but probably even more influential.
Harbaugh, Saban, Payton, etc. All of them can turn this mess into a contender over night.
If they keep JG, which is going to happen, they must bring in a new offense.
Dantonio/Mich State is a under the radar guy....
Yes, 12-4 last looked. And if Garrett was any good, Dez would have held onto that ball. And Murray would never have fumbled either.
