Another reason Jason isn't going anywhere, Judd is the director of pro scouting. They are burrowed into this organization like ticks.

I wonder if their written in the will yet. Maybe somebody needs to plant into Stephen's mind that their are moles in the organization that need to be taken out. Make him start suspecting the Garrett's are trying to make a move on the family so he can put an end to it immediately.

There are plenty of people willing to be HC of the Dallas Cowboys. Ron Rivera put his name out there when it was available.. Even Holmgren was defending Jerry at one point openly. Norv wanted to come back and plenty of African-American head-coaches as well are excited to make their mark in the HC ranks. This is a high-profile gig and a chance to be the HC of the greatest franchise in football history.

BTW, Saints have already given the go-ahead for Sean to listen to opportunities. He has a house in Dallas as well. I don't know where people get the idea he wouldn't be open to the idea of coming back to Dallas.

The franchise is having it's own issues as it relates to ownership. They probably want to go with someone cheaper as well, so they will probably come to some terms of agreement if he departs.

Pretty interesting what happens when it comes time to look at who's really out there as a replacement HC. Josh McDaniels. Seriously, guys? Eric Mangini?
If you're replacing your HC and starting over again, you better be sure it's an upgrade.

there are a lot of good HC candidates available.....my favorite is Hue Jackson....the guy is an offensive mastermind.....he will be a HC in 2016 someplace....

Realistically, I think Linehan will fall on the sword for Garrett...its easier to buy his contract out then Garretts...Plus you know Garrett will throw Linehan under the bus just like he did Wade Phillips..so IMO Linehan is done in Dallas.

Think the best option right now is to replace Linehan with Jim Caldwell after the Lions fire him.

Awesome. One good season in 5 years. Claiborne has had one good season in 4 years; is he a good cornerback? No. Garrett, in his 5th year, still has no clue how to win. You don't win football games by going for a FG on a 4th & 3 while down 20 points. You don't win football games by not getting your top 3 WR more involved in the game. You don't win football games by running a predictable, vanilla offense. You don't win football games by continually starting people that aren't performing well, instead of giving others a chance. I don't even need to go into the games he single-handedly lost with bad clock-management.

What about the clapping? You didn't even address the totally unnecessary clapping.

Yeah, this narrative you hear on occasion that so and so would never work for Jerry is as a big a myth as that he prefers Razorback players

Really, Hue Jackson, you had better look at Hue's resume he has already failed once as a HC and you believe he can do better? Hue is just a good coordinator and that is being generous, because ha has not had a successful record at that all the time

Blah blah blah blah, you guys can wish all you want, but the best coach for the Cowboys in the NFL is coaching them right now and he is not going anywhere.
The argument is settled. All you can do is not watch the games or do not buy tickets, we will not miss you guys one bit.

yeah, name them

Is this a trick question? I can state many NCAA Division 1 College Head Coaches and many current NFL assistants that are WAY MORE QUALIFIED than JG. Please note that once Jerry sobers up and fires JG, he will not see the sidelines of an NFL Team for a long time as HC. He may possibly get a QB Coach Gig but being a future NFL HC and NFL OC will be impossible unless somebody owes Jerry a big favor.
