***The MEGA-SUPER-DUPER..Vince Young Thread***

Says the biggest Horn fan on CBZ.

Your man love is showing Jim. =)
I'm talking for Texans fans here. Did I say Dallas should trade the farm for him? No I didn't.
btw: You're an OU fan, why should your opinion count?

First question - Are running backs hard to find?

Second question - What is Micheal Vick's winning percentage as a starter?

If Vince declares and Houston doesn't take him, they'll kill the new coach.

If he were to declare, I think Houston would indeed have a hard time passing on him.

Vince Young would create an excitement unparalled in Houston since Earl Campbell was drafted. Being a Dallas fan, I hope they don't.

Your a Horn fan. Then why on EARTH should your unbiased opinion of VY matter.

Tit for tat daddie.

Like I said. Your jock love for VY is spewing all over the board bro. =)

It sounds like its not such an assured deal that hes back next year.

Lol, sucks don't it. OU laid down like little *****es against SC and Texas beat them. Lol.

Young is a better passer than Vick. Much better.

This time in both college careers? I give the edge to Young..but only slightly. Lets remember....Vick didnt have those roadgrader OL like VY has had the past 2 years. Some of his lines are patched together leaking buckets.

I bet you can come up with 1,899 excuses for Vince Young's talent.

Fortunately not enough likely. If we are going to blow our whole wad chasing a RB I'd wait for Peterson next year.
I love Peterson, what a beast.

I know everyone is excited after a super game, but this kind of talk is foolish.

First he probably isn't declaring and second, I don't think it is a given that he gets chosen first overall.

I think he declares. He sounded really open to it in the PC he just gave.

Longhorn players have a history of staying in school. I can think of a million tears that Mack Brown will shed to keep him around. On the other hand, he could look at what it got Leinart and decide to strike when the iron is hot.

He is an amazing talent, but if someone chooses him first overall, they better be prepared to sit him for a season and let him learn.

I think this years draft could be one of those 10 years down the road that has a lot of high draft pick misses.

Now this guy has a good head on his shoulders.

I see potential busts up and down this upcoming draft.

Bush/Young/Leinart could all very well be big time busts, or big successes. I don't think any of them are guranteed successes.

Corso is right If he doesn't leave now he is getting terrible advice. He should ride this hype train as far as it will take him. To say he is a slam dunk number one pick is ignoring a whole hell of alot. Like his delivery. Like the fact that no one in the NFL plays a spread offense or that he's a "running QB" in said spread offense. Dude had a great game on the biggest stage, but so did Juan Dixon a few years back and he didn't go number one in the NBA draft. Any boost that this could give him he should take it and run.

And thats what the agents are telling his mom and dad right now. If Young doesn;t leave, I think he is getting poor advice.

Of those 3. I have the #1?

I take Leinart all day. Of the 3 he has the best NFL caliber talent. The other 2 are flashes in the pan as far as im concerned. One is the Heisman winner. Go figure.

We are talking w/ the #1.

I mean really. Of those 3. Who would you take?
