The void Amari Cooper left is still massive

They did in the 2nd half as to what can come in future games. With help from the defense. But that is what teams are supposed to do. Compliment each other on both sides of the ball.

Instead we get people using this as narratives against certain players.
Agreed...we did seem to play better.
I don't like people's agenda against certain players. Zeke busts his butt every game and yet has few defenders.

Dez was a pro-bowler in 16 (after he got paid)
He got a pity "alternate" selection, he didn't make the actual day 1 pro bowl roster. Alternates are considered so insignificant that they don't even allow them to be used for the new 5th year option tiered system for rookies

He was outstanding in the playoff game vs the Packers. FFwd to 2017 (Daks worst season as a pro) all a sudden Dez is washed up and needs to be off the team… it was the QB
Dez literally gets hurt in 3 straight years, gets cut, signs with a new team and gets a season ending injury 2 days after signing.......

Oh yeah it was the QB

idk how they see dak without amari right before he get here and every game he miss or disappear on the road and say yeah we can get rid of this guy for nothing because we need the cap space also for nothing the offense is fine with out him

just a bad move and i bet if jerry and stephen wish they had a do over on that one!

Dak threw some balls today that were shambolic - upon review nobody is open !

There’s no separation- no speed no height .

Even on his first big throw to CD - it was an ill advised double coverage force in.

Going forward - the secondaries get tougher - Philly NY etc .

We need a legit WR here @ the deadline.
Amari Cooper did not leave a void.

We don't need a beta receiver who would rather play chess and disappears when it matters.

Well difference being Hill you were never going to land where Cooper you legally had him under contact...... (context is completely off)

point is of course they are better passing wise with cooper. But he wasn’t worth the money. Gotta man age the roster.

Brown and Lamb are doing fine enough. Gallup needs to play better though. With the defense we got it's better to keep the ball on the ground more and use that to open up some passes.

No way to keep Wilson, given how much Miami over payed him, but I think the combination of losing both Cooper and Wilson is what hurts. Wilson was a strong #3 last year with Gallup out most of the year.

Good to see that some fans realize that the receivers are not good.

Even when Dak shakes off the rust, don't expect him to put up 300 yard and 3TD games. The receivers aren't on the team to put up those numbers. CD is good for 4 catches, 50-70 yards, and 1-2 drops a game. Gallop about the same as well. That's 140 yards right there. Where do the rest of the yards come from.

Need to get Turpin involved in the offense and use TP more as a WR.

Turpin & Pollard at WR is the key.

Wrong. Our WR's are all average. No speed to stretch the field. I'm sure glad we avoid speedy guys like Hardman, Samuel, etc. NOBODY needs guys like that.

Well you’re certainly one of them. No one can take that from you.

I loved the hurdle today that was visions of days gone by

what void?
The void where guys can’t consistently get open against top 10 corners. The void that prevents us from having one 100 yard receiver in 7 games. Cooper has never gone the first 7 games without 100 yards.

Another Amari thread. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! How is Amari and his team doing. Last time I checked his team is 2-5. He's not helping the current team he's on, how in the hell is he going to help the Cowboys.

Dak's pass into triple coverage was ill advised but if Lamb had high pointed the ball like a real #1 receiver it would have been perfect. So disappointed in his lack of toughness. Slot is the best place for him.
