Wth has Jesus been? Still out scavenging? I don't think he's been in this second half season
yea, it was a "setup show". the problem is they seem to use 7 shows up setup the 8th anymore. As an episode I thought this one (8-15) was kind of plodding. Sorta typical for the episodes that run just prior to the mid-season final or end-of-season episodes.
well at first i thought he was lying to the trashcan kids leader about getting back at simon, but something tells me negan had a hint simon was up to something and just let it ride, pushing dwight to keep him posted. there was no way simon wasn't dying, it's just when negan wanted it done.Indeed. I thought it would be a bit more gruesome though. Considering how bad he ***** negan over so i was expecting a nasty payback kill
good to see i wasn't the only one who noted this.what gets me is the a zip-tied Eugene can hide himself so well in an ash pile in 45 seconds that Darrell can’t figure it out with his Lord of the Rings Ranger level tracking skills???

for this one, not much to really get into. what "bothered" me is how does someone who can successfully track a little girl to all the places she hid in the woods and miss someone covering themselves in ashes in a matter of minutes?

Especially for a tracker. Would think he would of saw the footprints in the ashes right away and started laughing.

dumpsters in walking dead simply can never be trusted again.Did anyone pay attention to Negan initially talking with Dwight by the Dumpster.
Later he hid behind the dumpster when Simon was trying to rally the troops.
I also think in the scene where super clumsy Eugene hides from super Tracker Daryl...I think, and I could be wrong, there is a dumpster in the background of that scene.
If you pay attention to all the dumpster scenes, and you really have to watch carefully, maybe even in super slow mode as it was really just a flash...and again I could be wrong.
But if you track it in super slow mode everytime they have a scene with the dumpster in it...You can see Glenn's eyes peaking out from under the dumpster.
Sorry...try the veal, will be here all week.
OK, does Negan live or die at the conclusion of episode 8-16?
I'm going with live. Will end up in the cell at Alexandria just like in the graphic novel.
Now is that a sure thing?
Absolutely not.

Agreed. He lives.
Carl's words to Rick ultimately win out. Rick lets him live. The scene we saw in the very first episode of the season, opening scene, of Rick sweaty, bleeding, and talking to himself about how his "Mercy outweighed his wrath" is going to be the aftermath of the moments after he decides not to kill Negan.
For Carl.
My question....How does Dwight not die now? Either by the hands of the Saviors or because Rick's people will never believe he didn't help set them up, when they walk into the ambush next week. How will they resolve that?
I am with everyone else on the Eugene thing....it was annoyingly bad. How the hell did he manage to hide himself like that so quickly? BS.
They had better kill him off at seasons end. I have never hated a character more in this show, ever, than I hate Eugene. Ugh....I hope he dies, I hope it's slow, and I hope it's painful. I absolutely hate that character. More than I hated Simon, more than I hate/hated any of the Saviors combined.
On a side note, I am really going to miss Simon. He is the best psycho the show has had, with the possible exception of the Governor, especially after finding out the garbage-pail people were not the first group he has exterminated. It was a psychopath vs a sociopath last night and the sociopath won.
