Is it any colder when other lesser known people say jokes about the Dallas Cowboys and laugh for decades? C'mon man. Tom Brady. The anointed greatest of all-time made a joke--excuse me--tossed a jab at Dak Prescott, quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys. The originality is who said it--not the phrase itself.

If the joke/jab has higher meaning for some because The GOAT said it, cool. Hopefully, he will improve on his delivery during his second career in broadcasting. That one was a tiny bit stiff coming out of his mouth. I am confident he will perfect it in time though. He's Tom Brady. ;)
Joke/jab/swipe/dig....what difference does it make? It was accurate and he said it because that's how he feels about Dak. He didn't say "let's see if the defense can finally get it done." Brady knows better than any, this is a QB league and the QB for our team hasn't shown up in the playoffs.

All Tom did was pick the low hanging fruit.....the entire sports world knows of Mr. 2-5 struggles in playoff games.

Frankly, expected him to be more clever about our underachievers here

Excellent point. Because of course, years from now, nobody will remember the 7 rings, 5 Super Bowl MVPs and unquestioned GOAT status.

Instead they'll be talking about how he "lost to Dak" in a wild card game when he was 45 years old.

The crap you guys fling against the wall to prop this loser Dak up is hilarious
Yep....like how fans remember Troy Aikman's 3 Superbowl Rings and ceremonially dismiss Aikman's endorsement of Prescott...

Dak Haters would prop up a full diaper to Hate on Dak. I doubt they need some obscure hypothetical argument "years from now"

Lol imagine celebrating a wild card win over an 8-9 Bucs team with a 45 year old Brady
playing one of the best games of your career, against the best qb of all time, in the playoffs, ending his career. yeah, i think it can be referenced.

Playing one of your best career games against an 8-9 Bucs when father time had caught up to Brady that season, yea it shouldn't be referenced

I must’ve missed the parade.

When’s the banner raising and ring ceremony?
referencing =/= celebrating. it's relevant. last time they saw eachother Dak got it done. Doesn't change the narrative of his career, or as a perennial loser, but it's apt in response.

sure it should. especially since those same bucs beat our butts earlier in the year, and half the board was predicting we'd lose to them again. i don't care what their record was. they had brady, and made the playoffs. is what it is.

Thats your problem, you dont look at the context of games. They had Brady, but nobody feared them offensively that year, that Bucs team scored 21 or more points only 6 times that season, they beat us 19-3.

It's sad how far the once mighty Cowboys fan base has fallen.

We went from being winners to trying to justify bragging about beating an 8-9 team in a Wild Card game.

it is sad how far they've fallen. and it's not bragging. it's just factual.
