I just wonder how much the Cowboys will be fined this time if he gets a final ban after being reinstated again.

Denying him employment now would be taking something from him. And the idea that anything would create a ban for life doesn't fit the models of rehabilitation. There would be somethings to ban him for life but a lot more to create another suspension.

You don't take away a man's livelihood without very good reason. And the model for rehab is filled with carrots leading the dumbbutts.

He's not denying the thug employment. There is Canada, and the arena league. There's Burger King and McDonalds. Walmart needs greeters, xmass is coming.
He would just not be allowed employment in the NFL.

I don't see how everyone is so confused, seems obvious to me. Depending on the evaluations, it will tell Goodell whether Pacman was serious about this thing or not. If he wasn't, and his evaluations aren't very good, he won't be back. If his evaluations reflect a change, he'll be back.

If he was a thug he wouldn't have been in college.

it sounds like he's gonna give him 1 more shot and if he screws up he's finished in the NFL.

Just 1 more chance? Man I could have sworn that is what was being said when he came off the last suspension. One more chance how many 1 more chances do you get?

He also stated that, after the year suspension, that he "fully" understood his circumstances/situation and knew that was his last chance. He threw "God" in there a few times as well.

Now he requests another last chance. Seems real trustworthy to me.........

Thugs go to college not to learn but to play sports. Pacman went to college because he has the ability to play football and was in trouble in college and several times in the Pro and each time the bleeding hearts come out and hollering about giving him another chance everyone deserves another chance. He has had them and threw them away each and every single time.

Yeah? Didn't know that. Do they screen them at the gate or something? Maybe use "Anti-thug" Batman spray................

I agree. I don't care if the guy can play football or not the fact if a team can't depend on him from day to day or week to week he helps no one, the man is a disgrace to the sport. Many around here seemed offended when some writers were taking bets of how long it would be before Pacman got in trouble. Pretty amazing how these people knew this guy could get 100 chances and it would not make a bit of difference, the guy plain and simple is stupid not worth the hassle.

Bob Huggins made a living out of recruiting thugs to play basketball at Cincinnati.

Yes you said that and that is untrue, college has nothing to do with a person behavior or deeds. He went to play ball not to learn he is not getting a master degree he went to college to play football and even then was getting into trouble.

I think it's rather crappy on your part to judge him with out being in his situation. Or being through something similar. I feel no sympathy for but for you just sit on the sideline and judge someone from what you get from press clippings is just silly. Even though someone goes if X happens then Y will happens then just don't do X....thats sound in theory but it's not always going to happen like that.

It's true....if he was a "thug" like you claim he wouldn't be in college. I would also like to hear your definition of a "thug" cause it apparently broader than mine.

was he recruiting thugs or people from the hood or do you not even bother to separate the tool and just equate everyone from the hood = a thug.

I think it is kind of stupid to continue to give someone a chance time after time after time and he still does not get it. You bleeding hearts are pathetic, he knew coming in he had 1 chance, he had 24/7 supervision and still could not keep his dumb ars out of trouble. This is a fricken joke. I believe in giving people second chances but it is up to them to make good on it. Let me ask you how many chance should he get? 10, 11 how about 20 chance. If he was a member of the skins would you be hollering about giving him yet another chance?

What the hell does college have to do with anything? Because a person goes to college does not make him a better person than someone else he went there for 1 reason to play ball. As for a thug in my view is a person who is constantly in trouble and choose not to learn from it but continue to live the life he has chosen. Pacman ability to play sports gave him opportunities in life many will never get and this is how he chooses to live it?

I'm not a bleeding heart in no way shape or form. He brought this upon himself however you have to look at the commish and his actions with other players and call BS on him. If an alcohol offense with no arrest can get him kicked out the league for good then the other things people are doing should have then banished for life Zero Tolerance right? I also don't like how Goodell is making these rules up on the fly and is using his discression to decide things. It's always going to come down to bias and human error.

I don't think he deserves another shot however I don't think he should have been arrested until he does something that merits a perminate ban then he should be gone if not he should be able to play. It's that simple.

Sounds like he's coming back if it's based on the medical examinations.

A person constantly in trouble = a thug what a joke.

If he was really a thug he wouldn't have even graduated high nor went to college. So yes him going to college and being able to stay for 3 years doesn't make him a thug. If this was Bball it would be a little different considering they can jump after a year and they only need to maintain a certain GPA for a semester.

If you looked at his friends you would probably really see what a thug is.

I think it's based on Goodell and how much a tool he decides to be.
