Now go ahead and get mad and name call me because you don't know your Cowboys players, Dak fan.
Lol.

I know Darren McFadden bud. I was the only one on this site who looked at every rush he had the year before with the Raiders and said he still had it and would be great behind that line.

Only one.

So keep spouting nonsense.

So your synopsis was a lie then? Well that is par for the course isnt it? No I read as little of your drivel as I have to.

Goff is not in the top 10 were Dak firmly resides. But again, you have been wrong about everything else, why not keep going?

What are you smoking bruh? How is my synopsis a lie when the article clearly delineate the TD/INT ratios between guys like Rodgers and a guy like Wilson, versus Dak and Goff?

QB's dont all of a sudden change from not elite.

Hes having not as quality a season because his Oline sucks and his receivers keep getting injured. Brady is still Elite.
I believe Payton manning was elite in Indy I don’t believe he was in Denver at least not by his standards so yes I believe qbs can digress.

brady may very well prove me wrong but he’s had line issues before and sucky receiving cores or average ones

I don’t have a problem giving these HOFs the benefit of the doubt but I do believe the qbs skill set can get worse

that OP is a troll and the biggest Romosexual on the board in fact probably bigger than any board I frequented

so I don’t take anything he says about Dak with too much seriousness
Too much emphasis on where qb ranks what matters is whether he’s good enough to win with and he is

Peyton Manning was at his best in Denver, until the effects of his fused vertebrae took over and his strength deteriorated and neck flexibility diminished. That offense had like 5300 yards and Manning threw 55 TDs in his best season ever.

I was as big of a Romosexual as anyone...

I was on board with Dak keeping the job in 2016.

I can separate the two of them. Not everyone has that objectiveness.

What makes those guys elite is the fact that when they are on the field they have to be accounted for because they always give their teams a fighting chance. Mahomes is that way as well. No one can claim that about Dak.
Right, which is why this post is dumb. No one is claiming Dak is Elite.

They are claiming he is MUCH better than Rush and, at the very least, a top 10 qb in the league.

Dak has the job because there is literally no one better on the roster. That being said he isn’t the answer if the expectation is to win in the post season.

The main takeaway from this article is Dak doesn’t perform against good teams. Other QBs still have high TD/INT ratios and the like, while Dak is basically right there with Jared Goff.

Dak’s Senior year in college was the same exact story in Dallas, with four losses to ranked teams, the only win against ranked team was 25 Missouri, while Ole Miss was 24 and against the other ranked teams Dak only put points up on the board with in garbage time 4th quarter while getting blown out. When he gets out to a big lead against an over-rated teams and bums, he puts up numbers which inflate his stats.

Like you said, you don’t have to account for him, if you have a quality roster. Make him into a passer and have to go down his reads, he looks like a bottom-tier QB.

It takes 10 other serviceable players to do their job on offense for a QB to look good plus a play caller and depth...it takes 11 other serviceable players on defense, a serviceable coordinator plus depth to get a WIN in the NFL.

Brady and Rogers look awful...their lines arent serviceable. Green Bay OLine looks awful...but when given time...Rogers looked sharp and still has a cannon. Posters on here line of thinking is that because of stats or wins Rogers has fallen off...he hasnt. There is more to evaluating a player than stats or wins.

I fell for the Dak screamers for a while, thinking that he was being overrated by most. Then, the poll was done, and I saw the high majority were in the middle, as you said, 8-14.

That poll probably came after last half of the seaso. season when even many of the rabid defenders started jumping ship.

He was playing at an elite level prior to his ankle injury in 2020 and the first 5 games last season. Statistically he was playing better than just about any QB in the league. He was in the MVP conversation and rightfully so. After he returned from the calf injury last season his play dropped off and it became inconsistent. He doesn’t run as much as he used to and he doesn’t run as well as he used to. His first three seasons he scored 18 rushing TDs and in his last three seasons that have been marred by injuries he’s only scored 7. Running was a big part of his game that made him a real good player.

The last two meaningful games he played he wasn’t good. I believe he’s lost his confidence and it’s caused his level of play to regress. I’m sure the fan base trashing him hasn’t helped his confidence. He’s become injury prone missing games his last three seasons after being injury free his first four seasons. We’ll just have to see if he can get his mojo back. It’s going to be difficult with the receiving group he has. CeeDee continues to prove he’s not a number one receiver. It’s pretty obvious to everyone even the fans that pull for Dak and like him that he hasn’t been the same player since the Denver game last season.

No

I’ve seen people argue he’s somewhere between 7-12 among nfl qbs.
