The miracle play by Kittle, the dropped int by Diggs, and the two back to back defensive penalties were huge as well.
Our kicker missing his 7th extra point in a row leading to MM not trusting him on a FG and forcing him to go for it on 4th down which helped lead to the 2nd pick.

Here we are in May and fans are crying over our playoff loss again. This fan base can’t seem to move on from losses. Fans claiming we had them and they’re a dirty team. Lol Don’t know why any fan would want to subject themselves to rewatching a playoff loss. We couldn’t get much going on offense and turned the ball over in the redzone. We had less than 300 total yards and Dak was terrible. You’re not going win a playoff game with your QB playing that poorly especially on the road. Kittle made a juggling catch with the game tied late in the third quarter that started swinging the game in their favor. They were simply the better team. The Cowboys and Dak pulled what they did during the season they followed up a great performance with a bad one. Even though we won 12 games, consistency was a problem all season. We had several ugly wins during the season but it’s hard to win ugly in the playoffs.

I was really disappointed in Zeke after Pollard went down. Here was a prime opportunity for him to redeem himself. Great players play big in big games and he gave us 16 yards on 6 carries in the 2nd half of that game.

Zeke's largest gain in that game was 5 yards.

In two playoff games against the 49ers, Zeke gave us 22 carries for 57 yards along with 3 receptions for 7 yards. Total!

That is not playing big.

It was a different time but just as a comparison, in his first two playoff games against the 49ers Emmitt gave us 47 carries for 202 yards and 2 TD's along with 14 receptions for 144 yards and 2 TD's.

That is playing big.
Were you surprised about Zeke? I knew the game was over the moment Pollard went down.

....why is it 'dumb'?? Their Safety is bragging on how they beat us, if we dont use the run effectively (granted we were too predictable) they'd rush 4 and sit back in coverage, which Dak cant beat.
Because the Dallas offense let them do that by constantly forcing the run.

The Cowboys nearly came back once they stopped wasting their time running. Dallas' offensive coaching staff refusing to throw the ball early before they trailed was the problem. SF didn't have the horses on the DL or in the secondary to shut down Dallas like they did without Dallas having a dumb strategy.

It's a dumb quote because it credits the defense when, really, it's the offense's own flawed strategy that mattered.

The entire offense was terrible. To blame Dak is laughable. The defense also blew it in the 4th quarter.

Another entire team loss as they usually are.

Ironic part is that if the defense plays 2 years ago like they played this year, we win that game two years ago. And likewise if Dak plays like he did two years ago THIS year we also win.

So you can say the defense lost the first game and the offense lost the 2nd game. Simple as that.

Oline wasnt good enough in either the pass or the run. Which is the truth. The Oline got pushed around and left both our runners and our QB out to dry.

NFL Network is airing the 2022 Confernce game right now.

Man we had them until Pollard got injured. Dirty tackle also. Can't believe a bigger deal wasn't made out of that by the league.

Defense held that SF offense to 6 points up until that point. SF was rolling through everyone before that game.

We had them.......
Lets talk about the Tampa game.

Get over it! But, since you are playing the what if card, only if we had an average QB and not Dakota "WENTZ 2.0" Prescot at the time we played the 9ers, it could have been us who would have went on and lost to the Eagles in the Championship game....LOL!

...yes we did. Dak and Moore could not dial up the big plays when needed. I put most of blame on Moore.

Yes that's true, but when the other team knows when you are going to run and throw, your OL is at a total disadvantage.

The defense let up only 310 total yards and under 20 points....,.cant beat one of the best teams in the NFL when your offense can only score 1 touchdown

Wrong. In the first half in BOTH playoff loses to the 9ers we actually threw more on 1st down than we did run.
