Those tackles were 10 yards down the freaking field. the guy had no tackles of a loss the entire season. and we all know he cant tackle my grandmother. get out of denial, and face the fact that the guy is flatout terrible and has to go.

Hes not terrible hes just average.

Hes not worth the investments thats been spent on him.

oh ok well let's look at tackles since that's all you apologists can cling on these days. here are his best games tackle wise

week 1 vs NY -9 tackles while the defense gave up 35 points.

week 5 at Buffalo -9 tackles defense gave up 3 points i believe.

week 10 at NY -10 tackles defense gave up 20 points

week 11 vs Washington - 10 tackles defense gave 23 points and over 300 passing yards.

week 17 at Washington - 9 tackles defense gave up 27 points.

so other than the Buffalo game(against a rookie qb) Roy had his best games when the defense was bad and sometimes at there worst. so while him and the rest of the secondary can't cover those games he had his best games tackle wise. big impact baby!

If roy doesn't tackle them who will? So when the defense was poor his solid play kept us in the game. I see your logic w/o average safties would have had at most 6 tackles in any of thos games you listed so what is your point.

You seem to be debating something here that isn't even part of the equation.

I won't deny the fact he feels the criticism. He's not quite that unintelligent. In fact, he's one of the most hyper-sensitive Cowboy players of all time. Why would it be shocking that he feels it? Someone could look at him strange and he'd react.

Think back to his temper tantrum with Jean-Jacques Taylor a few years ago. This is not a new thing. I know I am not shocked at all. It is what he does.

In our defense most of the plays being made are come from the OLB. Either DWare or Ellis more DWare than Ellis. Our defense has 6 pro bowlers on the team it is easy to overlook some one value to the team when they are not making those huge bone jarring hits that end up on SC.
