Exactly!

As awesome as Austin was as a face champion how great would he have been without a heel Vince, Rock, HHH, and Undertaker?

Faces are great but they're only as great as their heel counterpart allows them to be.

And that's one big reason the WWE isn't as good as it could be.

Pro-wrestling at its core is all about the "Good vs. Evil" thing. Always.

In the WWE now you have "Good vs. Well, not so Evil, maybe a little Bad, but will probably be Good in a another month or two."

One of the problems I believe Rollins is going to have, as many heels now do, is that he's pretty clever on the mic so he's going to wind up being cheered instead of hated.

So some of this isn't the wrestlers faults anymore because it takes a special talent to make you hate them even when you really want to like them.

LOL!

Like Roddy Piper.

But Piper could reach the depths of despicableness and pull out a "You want a coconut? Then have a coconut!" act that would just send a good chunk of the fandom into utter rage.

This is why I don't understand their writing team problems man.

Can they seriously not find some people who were/are actual wrestling fans during their lives and can help with these problems?

Vince, as ego maniacal as he can be, does seem to do a good job of listening to his people more than people give him credit for.

One thing that gives me a lot more hope is that HHH is becoming more and more and more involved in all things and you can see things changing for the better.

Especially if you ever watch any of the NXT shows which HHH has basically complete control over.

HHH takes a lot of junk but he's an old school wrestling fan who knows what works, knows what sells, and I believe he's going to bring the business back around to another big boom period for it.

Loved Rowdy Roddy. He was so amazing.

He absolutely was the guy you wanted like that. You loved him cause he was so clever but the guy had no line he wouldn't cross to make you hate him when it was time for you to hate him.

Absolutely awesome.

I've been waiting for this to happen. It's taken longer than I expected. Vince needs to let Trips implement the same philosophy in WWE. If the WWEN can get 1.3M subscribers with a bag of crap, imagine what it could get with quality content.

I didn't pay attention during the divas match so I didn't hear that one.

I noticed the crowd last night was definitely very lively and that was very good to see.

From what I read it was a variation of the same chant depending on which divas were in the ring. "you suck Cena", "you suck Bryan", "you suck Uso" and so on.

Nothing major....said he doesn't know what the future holds and if the WWE throws something his way he'll reach out and grab it.

Ground breaking. I am sure the people who pay $9.99 a month, got their monies worth, just with that alone.

Oh good lord.

Yeah that's the only thing you can watch on there is the few minutes after RAW.

Oh...wait....it's not.

I'll just say this. Even if they had NOTHING on there, at all, (Which for those who have no clue they've got tons of old shows archived on there already, wrestler career videos, etc) getting the PPVs each month for 10 dollars, instead of 50-60, makes it worth it.

he's one note..BORING!

he is great with the charities & all that which is admirable but he gives off a very arrogant vibe to me..

When he first came out, with the rapping and the hilarious rhymes, he was awesome. Like a cereal box character,,,

I just internet slapped you. did it hurt?

LMAO... This guy makes me laugh hysterically every time I catch him, when I watch it rarely nowadays and he's on. He reminds me of the comedy that was essential to the "Attitude era" which is now missing. That's the biggest problem with WWE to me nowadays, i.e. the comic element is given no play in wrestling. Everybody just goes off this "I'm the baddest wrestler ever" routine and take themselves way too seriously.

I think I have seen him once maybe..in some months of watching.

They do like the badass stuff..like last night.

I do kinda think Brock probably is a bad bad man..like RUN if you piss him off so maybe don't. Haha.
