If you want exclusives Sony definitely puts out the better games and always have. Problem is I am too big of a Halo fan.
I agree with all of this except for the Blu Ray ability on PS3. Blu Ray on PS3 is not just for movies, it is also for gaming. Every single PS3 game comes on a Blu Ray disc which is one of the huge reasons why PS3 outperforms the Xbox 360. Blu Ray discs allow for more storage, better image quality, audio quality, etc... So while you may not be watching movies you are still using the Blu Ray aspect for gaming. You will never see a PS3 game with 2 discs.
True. I didn't think about the fact that you don't have to deal with two discs with PS3 which is a very nice deal.
It's not a big issue but it is kind of a drag to have to put a different disc in to play single player, or multiplayer, on my BF3 game.

Technology patents? Really? There are tons of patents that get filed that the party filing has no intention of ever using.
Anyone that is really worried about this needs to get on some meds IMO. Face the stupid thing towards the wall if you must, but it is probably 99.999999999999999999999999999999% likely that any worries one would have are easily taken care of with a few privacy setting adjustments.
I'm not saying they're going to use it. I have no idea. But I will say this. I'm pretty sure all the people claiming they'll just turn their kinnect toward the wall will wind up finding out that won't work for them.
I imagine if Microsoft decided they wanted this stuff to do what people are worried about there is giong to be something in there which will keep the Xbox one from even working if they Kinnect isn't facing toward the open room.
If you think they didn't think about the idea that people would just turn it toward the wall to keep people from license checking (If they even do something like that) then you're niave beyond belief. If they decide that they want to use this tech for "spying" type stuff you'd better believe that it would be necassary for the Kinnect to be facing forward, and being able to register the people in the room, for the system to work.
They'll have that simple "turn it toward the wall or cover it with a towel" thing covered.
