If this is true then there is information we don't know. Maybe he deleted emails or texts and they got them from the accuser. That's all they need to say he didn't cooperate.

how can the NFL LEGALLY obtain phone and text records. A warrant is needed for that. Everything about this is in some way illegal they way they are going about it. They are going above the law to create their own.

In a year Dallas is expected to be able to make a SB run... the first 3rd of the season they got like 5 starter suspended... hopefully Dallas can be .500 when everyone is back. These suspensions are starting to put playoff hopes in jeopardy.

I'm beginning to think the Cowboys should just tank the season. It would remind the NFL just how much they depend on Dallas for ratings. It might also get them a high enough draft slot to get the pass rusher everyone wants.

And more continues to go wrong in what one poster aptly named one of the worst off season we have had in a while. But at least it will be interesting to see what McChicken and Morris can do behind this line in this offense. I would rather not have it, but it least it will answer some questions in regards to what any decent RB could do behind this line.

Generally where there's smoke there is fire..i was optimistic yesterday but several people are speculating 6 games and they probably didnt just make it up themselves.

The only smoke here is what the NFL is smoking.....wait that is a suspension...so suspend the NFL FO.....

I think that's a good strategy. Especially if ban under personal conduct and not DV. Did a complete end run around DV policy just to suspend him for same number of games. Arbitrary and capricious, in lawyer speak.

This will be the main issue if they suspend him for something other than the DV charge. It sets a bad precedent for the players union if the league is allowed to dig around until they find something. I would think there are a lot of players with skeletons in their closet who would not want the league to go after them like this.
