You are saying his contract is more than Chase's. If we trade for McCown, we are in for 4.3 mill in cap hit.

Chase is a 5 mill cap hit to the Eagles.

Based on a deal where Foles was supposed to be their starter and failed. Just like the Browns' deal with McCown. Both teams rolled the dice to find a possible starter and both came up snake eyes.
